    Londonderry is in the UK. Postage prices are the same as mainland, as set by Royal Mail. If something costs about £3 to send by 1st Class Recorded, then it would be about £10 to send by Special Delivery, maybe that's what he's using? If he's not then isn't there a way to report/grass him to ebay for excessive post charges? That not the case they always add extra for postage for n ireland some dont deliver at all usually you have to call the seller to get a price.
