    Sorry mate i'm not having that........If some knob has an out of control dog that he has no power control over and it attacks my Lab with an intent to do some serious damage then i'll do everything in my power to get that dog off. Now i wont be sticking my hands near its mouth and get bitten to f**k but i will stick my boot in. If its a killer then i hope its legs are strong.... see thats why you should have a bull cross and not big fat gay labs, no need to do anything with them, they sort any attack out themselves....... I did see it but decided to blank it cause it was pish...

    I think you have misunderstood the lads enthusiasm Lurch, The enthusiasm is for the dog not the killing/hunting He just loves this dog to bits and wants to do right by him. Personally i cannot see the point in him getting another dog just yet, he doesn't even properly know what hunting is and all it entails. He has just been mooching in nice fine weather with his little dog up to now. I'd say let him learn with this little dog, which i think might be all he needs in a dog and more from the sound of him fair enough moll..... if i send you my number can we have a chat aswell as my dogs

    kicking f**k out of this one never worked!!!! imo it all depends on the dog attacking, the dog getting attacked, the owners of each etc it all comes in to the situation!! i can remember my old black terrier getting set on by two staffs, luckily they were wankers but they still tried to stretch him, i pulled there collars so they couldnt pull untill there owner, a wanker aswell!!, came and tried to help and got one off, and then my terrier turned it round and the dog left soon shit itself on his own..... i no its hard but unless its a huge dog against a little one, your best to kee

    ill be honest here and say when i was growing up i thought the hound packs were pointless and just for posh nobs on horses!!!! but after being involved with a terrierman on a good hunt nr wales i seen the "true" side of the hunt and had some great days out with them!!! theres so much to learn about the ethics of the pack that you never will by being a normal "follower".... a good huntsman will no each hounds individual qualities as much as you know your own lurcher or terrier in the kennel down your garden!!! i remember one day out with them and there was about 20 couple out, a fox got put up

    Loads of differences. Ian isn't responsible for them, so am sure he couldn't care less what goes in JD's books, he is responsible for this site though. It's unlikely anyone will get their door booted in as a result of a scanned photo in a book, half the softarses who've posted photos of illegal activity on here haven't even removed the exif data from the photo, photos of dogs on fox and deer taken 2 days ago, leading to investigation and ultimately seized dogs/vehicles/computers etc. fair enough when put like that and as darcy aint a mod no more i guess its no issue.....

    the sites great and dont need changing imo..... but this is not a hunting community at all tommy, the "higher" a persons rep on here the more ignorant and stuck up there own arse they are!!!! id go as far to say that the "lurcher scene on here" is as far removed from the "real lurcher scene" as you could get and thats why the section on them is full of shite, as no one decent can be arsed to make the effort anymore....jmo and i dont want banning......
