    well from last winter to this winter, its over turned completely...theres another place, with lakes and a field near by, and the banking on the otherside of the field i counted 18 holes i could see,more in the thick cover probably, in about 25 yrds, and theres shit loads of signs that the rabbit is about, the otherside of the field is a forrestry commision thing...and when i say field, its about a quarter of size of average football pitch lol..but that place and the other place could only be shot over really but then its a public place so no shooting really...not ideal for dogs, although my bi

    I doubt it helps when somewhere gets labeled as 'the place to go, to get massive bags' and every one and their brother is up there after them. You hammer a population from every angle and it will soon drop. i agree, everyone calls this place "the rabbits by me" every man round here knows there were loads, but it went shit, be lucky to see one rabbit, morning day or night lol eventually people stopped, but me and my mate just kept an eye out up there, went for a stroll with the guns, the otherday for abit of practise, about 2 o clock in the day, and we must of seen about 20 rabbits lol best

    i think any dog which caught its main artery would be the same...dogs do get cut alot more than people think...i check my dog over all the time, some might not...i think theres a few crosses which have thicker skin, bull x's tend too but most running dogs got thin skin...and it doesnt help if theyre smooooooth as feck an all... when i first had my bitch getting over barbed i was winsing in my boots, her stomach is like paper, but the rest of her is abit thick with a dense smooth coat..if you get me...atb anyway mate

    i agree, whin can be confusing but what iv learnt from him is to just have abit of banter with him even though i dont really know him, at first he done my head in but in the end he just made me laugh, i woudnt of thought hed get removed as he never seem insulting or never once have i see him threaten someone..even if he does like to run down other peoples mutts but yeah, why get rid of a character?

    bought my misses son a cometa 50 for his 10th birthday..and he already seems like hes out growing it..another rifles looks to be on the cards for him too :L id say something abit more medium size, lightning could fit the bill..depends how steady he is with weights like i suppose..

    iv just soaked her foot in alot of tea tree..and wiggled her foot around in the warm water, her nuckles feel the same as the other foot so i dont know if theres any damage there...i gently prised her pad apart with me thumb rumbing her foot, and quite alot of bits came from between her foot and that...she seems tidy now...just wont take her for a stroll tommorow , and take her to the vets still, be on the safe side aint it...thanks mate

    her foot is the same as the otherone..thats what i cant understand :/ i think its the case it might be just sore, but dont want to chance it...theres nothing stuck in her foot atall now either ..gonna stick i=her in some warm water and some tea tree, try bathe the foot abit now..see if it makes any diffrence

    out for a walk early noticed her left foot was held up a little bit when walking, checked it over , and pulled a thorn out...everything was fine so it seemed. came home and shes lifting it again, would it still be sore or has she damaged a foot/toe, whats the signs of a busted toe? any help greatfull as the vets are shut..il be taking her tommorow morning but would like some advice boys...?

    vitimin k3 is used by vets as an antidote to anticoagulent poisoning ie rat poison sounds more like some form of eye infection conguntivitus or something I was thinking conjunctivitus. You guessed right mate. The vet gave an ointment for the eyes to use for 12 weeks..once on a morning and night each day. i think that what my bitch had, and it cleared up less than that...the vet i went to was shit, used a blue scraping tool to get gunk out, and they give me ointment with blue lid and that...she was scared shitless cos the vet rushed in and basically didnt have an understanding of ru
