Yes Busterdog, who cares , But I bet its a thinker, even those who say the white gene has to be there to throw whites, but white terriers have been around a while aint they. But if you can say trace a line back years(whos to say its true anyway.) And they say its all blacks, how about the all black dogs starting to throw the black and white pup, white chest/white sock? maybe the white gene might OF came out more on certain litters. I for one would love to see one of these so called white Patts. I know who emntioned it, just from sites, maybe these people might come on and shed some light

in reply to Nasher, Supplements DO get you bigger and stroner, just need to know what works and how. I trained with Someone who was into national comps, and was going international. He advised me, Yes the training routines helped Massively, but so did the supplements. Things like HMB, and Cyclone/Nirotech helped a lot more than just Creatine and Protein. Now I beleive there are far superior to these. Im no expert to add. Bets of luck in what you do. When you get older you might look back and regret it, to em health is far more important. You just dont know how you System will react.

Yes mate, i know, ive been on natural and oral/injectable. there are loads of half decent stuff, and tricks to get a well balanced but muscular look, If i could turn back time i would never of touche dthem, even though i only had a few courses. I gopt better and stronger on supplements, beleive me. I felt greta, the lads at the gym thought i was on the gear, but wanst at that present time.

Stick natural mate, plenty of good supplemants out there that are legal to get you big and cut. Just think about when you come off. You can get some shitty side effects.

You need soemthing to help the leather breathe mate, and soem dressing like mars oil, keep it some where room temp, not too hot, not too cold, and keep it dressed and supple. -
clean oil like baby/olive is what you need. nu stock with a 50/50 of oil is the job. thats how its meant to be used. nu stock contains a n amout of yellow sulphar as well.

You want to make sure it isnt carrying any nasty Diseases, or you might Mutate GGGGGRRRRR. Hurts dont it, the colours are changing season to season now.
