IMO any person wrongly accused of an offence is a victim of the original perpetrator as well as the legal system. The legal system gets it wrong from time to time, but what is the alternative, no legal system at all? PS. Blan, we already know your thoughts on this matter... but for now,imo when the courts get it wrong (which they will at times) i think it's better they will have only taken some time off a man,rather than his life. the only way i'd be slightly swayed towards the death penalty would be if the judge who warranted the execution was completely accountable

so the police should just be above the law and basically just be able to nick people because they don't like the look of them? i wasn't refering to a police stitch up anyway it could be anyone who would profit by someone being out of the picture permanently.

Your really do believe the bollocks you type sometimes dont you....... your right new evidence NEVER comes to light that proves people innocent at some point during their sentence does it? people that if we allowed the death penalty would already be dead by that time. I put concrete evidence mate.......when its 100% a conviction backed up with either video footage or scientific evidence then kill the b*****ds. in principal i'm against it,i don't think realistically there is any way to truly prove most crimes so a death sentence (whether official or not) can't be justified imo.

Until about 6 years ago I had a 1972 VW Beetle and 70 mph was as fast as you would dare to drive unless you like the idea of a 500m stopping distance. I think this is a sensible move that won't encourage people to drive faster....the dicks that go 100mph up your backside wont suddenly increase that to 100 mph. Tail gators should be banned on the spot slow fuckers who won't get out of the way need some encouragement. especially when they're old and appear not to be able to hear the horn or see the headlights flashing.

Seriously pal. These animals do more good than harm IN YOUR GARDEN. I accept they steal eggs in the laying season, but the good they do, removing slugs and other small insects in the garden is superb. If you can put up with them, and your livelyhood, doesn't hang in the balance with their existence, leave them be. the reason i want them gone is because the dogs bark when they're in the garden,it's all flagged anyway so f**k knows why they want to come here.

any good ways to keep them out your garden? they keep setting the dogs off,3am this morning and twice so far tonight,also stupid as it may sound will they be drawn to the same area? i'm just putting them in buckets and throwing them over some c**ts wall a few hundred yards away,if it's the same ones coming back i'll have to find another way to get rid of them
