Well i saw his sire catch a few "pre ban" strong winter hares, but like you say i does`nt always mean you`ll get a decent pup, On the day he was flumoxed by the pigeon i had my bull cross with me, and she was`nt sure about what to do with an injured pigeon, So i asked her to pick it up as she is soft mouthed with owt that does`nt bite back and the pup witnessed her do this but was still confused, !!!!!!!!!!! I hav`nt given up hope yet and he`ll have this winter to see if the penny will drop, Yis Mars.

Wise words oh great cat from within the sky, LOL A couple of weekends ago whilst walking along the canal, he found an injured pigeon in the hedge, it pecked him on the nose and he ran straight back to me, :glare: so things arn`t looking to promising on that front either, I`ll give him plenty of opertunity as he`ll probably be the only dog i`ll be able to work this winter, but if he does`nt get his act together it`ll be down the road to a pet home i think, Yis Mars.

My Lurcher pup, now about 11 month old, he`s a Bitza bred out of Chris hardy`s stuff, I have to be honest he`s been a right pain in the Fecking A**** Too clingy for my liking forever wanting to be with me, some like that i dont, yaping at night not a lot but just enough to keep you awake, which led me to buying an anti bark collar, which has worked Great, now though i`ve gotten so used to being woken in the middle of the night i still wake up even though the little fecker is`nt barking, :wacko: :realmad: The little fecker likes to eat his own shit, or any other animals come to that,

Well got to this show just down the road from me really, Did`nt win owt, I think i may have to take the pup for counsiling it`s the first show he`s been to and not won a rosette :11: Met up with a couple of folk, and Strong Stuff brow beat me into buying one of his collars for my fat Bull X. My opinion is if you have a litter of pups to sell and you want to try and ensure decent homes for them, the you should charge the market price, i.e. whatever other people with similar dogs to yours are charging. If however you have homes for your pups with mates who you know will give them good working homes, then as others have said they should go free or a small charge, The pup above i paid £200 for, Was he worth it ???? i`ll tell you at the end of this coming season, i did witness his sire catch some strong pre ban winter hares which helped my decision. I`ve got a 11 month pup i need to get started on the lamp, if your up for helping a pup get started, dont know where you are but that dont matter, if theirs as much on the ground as you say their is it will be worth the trip to get the pup going. Got their today, Great weather, My Pup got a 3rd in the rough coat pup class, Did`nt show my Bull cross, did`nt seem right as she`s 5 week in pup, Their was some Very nice Bull Xs there though, and acouple of pups from my bitches last litter 1 of which won the smooth bitch class, so i had a good day, met up with a few friends, had a few Beers, picked up a couple of bargins and got to see some quality dogs. Nah, My dogs like fruit and Veg. Too much acidic fruit can upset their stomachs, and guess its quite sugary. Avoid grapes and raisins... they can lead to renal failure. Onions not good either, can get anaemic. Garlic is from onion family, so need to be careful with that too, I personally wouldnt feed it raw, but see what others have to say, I am no garlic expert. I usually cook a little bit now and again and put it with their food, cos they like the taste. The bitch above has had garlic in her food almost everyday of her life, she`s now near on 7 years old cant see that it`s done
