if you find someone to follow you will have a great day .they start early then stop for brekkie then hunt again then stop for lunch then out again then finish and have a slap up meal and celebrate the days huntin. unlike being over here their government totally encourage hunting as a way of life.vive la chasse

weve got a place where they make fishin bates .we have the same probs.put some terriers inside and some outside.as rats drop out the patts catch them.when they go under the concrete we put hosepipe down and flood them out.weve had some great sport and any the dogs miss the kids chase with sticks.45 rats in 2 hours is the best weve done.the daughter kept count

out rattin yesterday when one terrier starts markin rat hole.put hosepipe in and hole fills up and few minutes later two heads pop out then go back in.dog waits as their is only one way out.first rat pops out and is put away.terrier sits and waits cause she nows their is another in their.ten minutes later rat has not bolted then it just floats up out of the hole.it was that scared it just stayed in the hole and drowned.little bitch was really p....d off.next one she found was destroyed

once shes been bitten she will soon learn.if were rattin near buildings we just put a hospipe down and flood them out.youll be suprised how long the rats will stay in the water then they all come out together

had both of my patt pups when 6 weeks and had no probs.get them to the vets at 8 weeks mate and you will be ok

stick with her mate.she is only a nipper.give her time and she will do her job

had a great start to the season.reckon trouble might start when the season kicks in proper.will have to get me balaclava out ready

have been out on hound exercise and a quick rabbit hunt this morning with the hounds.killed 2 rabbitts but a lot more got away.this is so much more exciting since hunting was made illegal .keep on hunting the rabbits lads and lasses.funny thing is that the terriers can all of a sudden squeeze down the rabbit holes.

mine are only let off if its on land iknow. if its on new land they just go and sometimes come to the call or sometimes dont.keep them on lead if im not sure cause i get fed up lookin and waitin for them especially the pup.started lettin them go on the couple but they still find somewhere togo. at the end of the day you cant mone cause thats [bANNED TEXT] they are bred for.suppose i could always buy a poodle

all of a sudden my 2 patts have started to run off when out for a mooch and will not come back to a call as they have always done in the past.the 11 month old goes first then the 2 year old follows her.dont mind when out in fields but have started to cross the roads as well.always find them diggin or markin something.any ideas on how to stop this will be a great help

remember mate they are only doin [bANNED TEXT] they are bred for.i bet you cant walk past the pub without goin in for a swift one.sometimes its just one.sometimes its all day.the dogs are just the same

both of my patts had it.i went to the local hunt kennels and they gave me some stuff they use on the hounds.it worked in a few days.its worth goin to ask as it will really knock youre dogs about mate if not sorted

ive got 2 patt x russells. one 7 months and one 17 months.both excellent for bushin and rattin but they have not yet been too ground.both came from workin hunt parents so should b up too the job

we spent most of the time in the ardeche in eastern france .nicest place we have ever been.totally unspoilt and covered in fieldsand forests.just alittle tip dont take short cuts over mountains with the caravan.it takes a lot longer and shits u up.but it makes the kids laugh
