Hi Guy's thought I'd share some pics of my new JRT, due to some family problems I had to let my former JRT move in with my gran, it lasted 2 weeks and was missing a little white and tan hound waking me up in the morning for his walk, so started to look for his replacement, it was going to take some dog to replace ZIP, but finally after going to view a few and coming home disapointed i finally met my new best mate archie, He looks the part and comes from a good working background, Zip my former JRT is second to none when it comes to bushing and flushing, and I'l be impressed even if he's half a

Yeah mate, i know not to expect to much from him, when i've had him out with friends on the lamp, he's been keen as toast to slip when he's slipped his on the lamp, and when i've got him out on the fields during the day and he spots a bunny, he's straight after it, just got to bide my time and put alot of time and effort into him. and they all say you get out the dog what you put in, we bond together well, he wont leave my side and cries when i leave the house, I've got him retreiving a ball and his favourite fluffy toy, and have him doing the basics, sit, here, down etc.. i know he'll do me p

all help is well appreciated i'm trying my best to get him on the bunnies, he's only 8 month and obviously still acts like a pup when out, I.E think's he's out for a shit and piss more than in hunting mode, I've been told as soon as the dog matures it just snaps into them, only concern I'm having is the mrs wont let me have another dog, so need to make sure this one does me justice, took me 5 month to talk her round after the JRT haha. Sorry I haven't been in touch, had to do a complete reinstall of windows, I'll see if my mate is up for a trip out this weekend if you want Yeah mate, sound I went and bought a hi ves vest, and took the Hi ves off and stitched them to his favourite toy, gunna sort the lamp out and take it from there on fields

Yeah mate, they've calmed down now thankfully, they run up and down the stairs and jump all over, It's mad how dogs deal with stuff like that.

Hi all, had the dogs out in woodland this morning through brambles and the rest for a walk , when i got back both dogs are going mad scratching the carpet, does anybody else get this problem ? I'm putting it down to nettled or thorned paws.. any advice on helping the matter would be appreciated ATB Dan,
