  4. Mine too refuse to eat veg ................. occasionally i get an attack of guilt that they aren't getting all they need! I now use baby food! Its not cheap but you can buy liquid pure fruit and veg for babies in little pouches, i whack them in with a mince meal a couple of times a week. They are cooked veg, but still better than them not getting any IMO.............. it makes me feel better anyway! lol mine look at me dumbfounded when i give them veg....like what the hell you giving me this for
  5. Shooting was bad i blanked Depending on what rabbit was shot with.....i use air rifle for rabbits head shots.....take head off gut and give whats left to dogs....skin and all......i would however be careful when feeding a shotgun killed bunny to make sure the shot is lead free.....last thing you want is to poison the dog I did forget to put that i occasianlly put in raw chopped veg(carrots, peas)but my dogs dont really eat them unless its covered in blood lol.....as for suppliments i give them vitality tab 2 times a week hidden in chunk of meat as they just swallow it.

  13. If i wasnt after a pcp i would sell you one of my TX's but i need to use it in part ex..... might be an idea to put up a ad in wanted section on this forum for a second hand hw or aa rifle mate....you never know someone might have your perfect rifle
  14. Slight bit of cheap tat if im honest mate......if i was going to buy one it would be the most expensive on the page......your better off getting a 2nd hand version of the one's we have mentioned above....because you will eventually be moving onto live quarry its best to get a rifle thats up to the job and has more chance of dispatching the quarry quicky without not wounding its only fair to respect the quarry you will be hunting...hope this helps you out mate

  17. Thats poses an issue mate..... 14-17 You can * borrow an air rifle and ammunition * use an air rifle, without supervision, on private premises where you have permission You cannot * buy or hire an air rifle, or ammunition, or receive one as a gift. Your air rifle and ammunition must be bought and looked after by someone over 18 – normally your parent, guardian or some other responsible adult. * have an air rifle in a public place unless you are supervised by somebody aged 21 or over, and you have a reasonable excuse to do so (for example, while on the wa
  18. Well thats more like it......HW77k,95k,80k..AA TX200,Prosport....BSA Lightning,Tactical to name but a few ....all these rifles are well made and will last a lifetime and come into your budget of 200-250.....you can discount pcp's mate on that budget but the springers i have mentioned are as good as any pcp for accuracy and power

  20. General licences are issued by government agencies to provide a legal basis for people to carry out a range of activities relating to wildlife. By definition you do not need to apply for general licences but you are required by law to abide by their terms and conditions. This was lifted from BASC website so info is sound
