hi all , ive been a little foolish and haven't had the ferrets and dog together for a while , the lurcher is still quite young she is about 18 months old and was doing well with the ferrets , but i have been silly and let it slip , so been getting them back together a bit now , only problem is the ferrets are fearless lol and start jumping around playing and thus the dog thinks its a game and wants to play , but the biggest problem is trying to stop the ferret attacking the dog lol she jumps at her and tries to bite all the time lol she bit the lurcher today and in all fairness she just y

where would be the place to try and get a grew then ? who is breeding from good blood lines is it always strictly whip grey in these racing grews or is there some times vary small percentages of some thing els ?

been reading thro some old threads on the cross and got some questions about them i now that its luck which way a dog will throw when bred but when looking for a whip grey what percentages would you be looking for when having different tasks in mind , for example half x , 1/4 grey 3/4 whip , or vice versa a ferreting dog ? would imagine more whip for take off speed and agility lamp dog mooching dog or racing ? would you say that the dogs in the lighter end of the scale be better suited to working the ruff ground without picking up loads of injury's? i quite like t

no should be fine as long as it was not to big , any thing shed sized should be fine

what are all your opinions on bull whippet lurchers ? can the addition of a small amount of bull improve the dogs ability to work , more robust , stamina , thicker skin, or does it simply make the dog to heavy and detract from the whippets speed and agility ?

went to the welsh game fair this weekend and seen alot of whippets and whippet xs , some were vary nice little dogs and some seemed vary frail , so would like to see some pics so lets see some pics whippets or dogs with a large amount of whippet in them please
