been busy today and yesterday building a run in the shed for the ferrets some pics for you some you seen befor tho this is where they have been living and this is the new run i finished building for them today its 2m long ,1m deep ,1.4m high i knocked a hole thro the wall to their other living area, and knocked up this thingy so i can close it of just be sliding the piece of ply down plenty of space for them now , need to get some more wood shavings tomorrow

nice one they love to have some space dont they , i recently done my ferrets home its 1m x 2.5m , and iv just been working on a decent size court run in the shed today should finish it tomorrow and nock a hole thro the shed wall for them, its good to see people looking after their ferrets after all the horror stories i keep reading

your write its the lack of care for the ferret that has upset you and would me ,so the most important thing is that the ferret gets the care it deserves, well done mate pity there not more like you

if you need ferrets i have 2 jills going for free, and im in south wales hi mate dont need ferrets got 2 white ferrets just fancied a polcat 2 if he was closer lol , are either polcats by any chance lol that really tickled me then mate didnt expect that lol, what are they mate jills, hobs, they seem like they well handled , and have they worked , i am vary interested by the way lol edited to say sorry for hyjacking your thread mate , well take it to PM now

funny how that money is much more important to some people than the life of an animal that has worked for them , and fullfiled the vary purpose to which they first got it, what i mean is that he could be bothered to advertise the hutch for sale but not the ferret its self and im assuming becasue the hutch is worth more than the ferret... f*****g nob. im sorry but id have been f****d if i would have given him 10 quid for the ferret, what i would have given him was 2 options, either i take the ferret for f**k all OR i neck YOU twat .....

not bad ideas them thanks, just thought maybe could get 6 small cage pannells like from a small bird cage and then cable tie them together when setting up camp, not sure if that would work tho would have to test it out lol

hi , ive been thinking of how it might be good to do a little ferreting/camping, what i mean is to go some where and set up camp for the day doing a little ferreting, and camping down for the night, collecting fire wood, making a camp fire and cooking a rabbit for food and sleeping under the stars, thought it would be a real little adventure for the boy when he is bigger, well alot bigger only one and a half now lol, but anyway then i thought what would i do with ferrets for the day and night obviously they could sleep in the carry box but i was thinking of a little cage or something that fold

hi i dont own a lurcher or have any experience with them, maybe would like to some time in the future but am just looking for some info, have done quite a few searches on here but would just like to see your opinions as i am trying to get a feel for what different x's are best suited to. from what i have read if i was looking for a lurcher to work just rabbits, daytime bolted by the ferrets, bushing, and night time on the lamp then i wouldn't go far wrong with a 1/4 collie x gray what you think ? but also i would like to now hypothetically PREE BAN could the above x's do the above job

cool mate, like i said i dont think it would last with the weight of being filled with rabbits, but perfect for all the equipment etc and a couple of rabbits
