Thankyou for the reply chaps ive looked it up on google and it looks like a bsf.It still works but if you load it and then tap it on the floor it goes off on its own so something must have worn out.
Hello i was wondering if anyone can tell me what air rifle ive got here.My dad owned it when he was a young lad and is now 70 years old.All i can see on it is cal 45,it has no scope rail and a screw to adjust open site.and a small pin on barrel sight. Its a 177 if that helps.Be very much a appreciated if some one could help.Ive looked online and a dianna looked similar.thankyou.
I got the fibreglass pole from a very tangled longnet.i would have thought any sort of rod,or something the same as bamboo, fibreglass pole should do it.I was just thinking if a tent pole would work.
Hello i started my nephew off on a cometa mod50.It was light and easy for him to work.Hes now abit older and has a hw77 and is getting better all the time.
Thankyou I went off fourteen acre myself.Might be slightly differant but works the same.I wasnt to sure about the trap door at first but i used a longnet fibreglass pole through two brass eyes screwed into the wood and through both sides of batten.I set the pole slightly off the middle with lead to have the door come back up into position,I also put two screws into the batten to stop the door going upside down. That way i found you can set the gap you want to create for rabbits to fall.I will keep you upto date with my catches.
Ive had ago at making a rabbit drop trap and just got to put the wire or wood around the frame and its ready for me to give it a try after leaving it locked for few weeks so they get use to it.Just putting a wire fence along all the runs will be enough digging lol..Not looking forward to the digging the hole for trap lol.hopefully should pay off though.More photo when all wired or boxed in.
