Can any of the guy's on this forum who make their own rabbit snare tealers (as per Woodga's type) let me know where I can get hold of 2.5mm fencing wire ? what national building suppliers etc stock this diameter wire.. having a real problem finding it, and the thicker stuff is a real b*****d to finish properly.

Does anyone have a lamping outfit the want to sell in Devon, looking for something for about £50 - 60. PM with details if you have a spare or one no longer needed. Wanted for some air rifle shooting and lamping with dog's. Mine has just given up the ghost.

I have a very nice Kayak (Robson Moonster) along with all the gear (Bouyancy jacket, Cagoule, paddle, spraydeck) Need the space in the Garage for a 4x4 restoration project and have nowhere else for it to go. Bought it a year ago with the intention of fishing from it but have never used it. All the accessories are in new condition. Need to clear it quick, buyer collects. He's doing fine up to now, and a great retriever, not a mark on the catch, even when they sit tight in the hedge and he has to pull the little buggers out.

Hi Frank, How are you ? she is 18 and a half at the shoulder, she is now just over 12mnth's and looks a bit more mature than she does in Mike's website piccy. Will get some pic's of both dog's up as soon as poss. cheers, Devonlad

Just I would post about the new bitch I collected off Mike Brown last week, what a nice guy he is... genuine and knowledgeable about his dogs and their capabilities. I picked up "Spring Two" (piccy of her at 8mnth's on his website) from him and had the tour of his impeccable kennels. I was well impressed, Mike kindly went over the ped's from his bitch and my dog and said they should produce something outstanding, should I decide to have a litter. Spring is a great retriever, and learns very quickly and has already picked up rabbits to hand with Mike. Going to start her working with th

The best way to find out is to get out and see the dam or sire work .. There are plenty of other breeders out there so don't go for the first thing.. Don't take too much notice of the whippet breeders, they are always blowing smoke up each other's arses. Try this site: www.k9community.co.uk If you are just wanting a dog for work, go for a non ped. Best of luck finding something..

I used a Hancock stud alot of years ago, Wendell I think it was.. The farm was a little messy, with lots of colapsed chicken sheds, but the areas where the dogs were kept seemed to be fine. I had a great litter of 12 and they all went to working homes and did well. The only other first cross breeder of Collie Greyhounds was aguy called David James. His dogs were supposed to be very good..
