  5. Hi, A friend of mine has asked me to put this up for him as he ain't on the forum. He has for sale a Daystate air ranger 22. air rifle for sale which includes lamp and bottle. Pm me for details if interested, cheers :-)

  10. there's a bloke near me who has a saluki dog very wooly coat on it looks like a big bedlington thing with huge saluki ears, very nice dog
  11. Ha ha, Half of them iv'e seen about weren't worth a w**k! And you don't see so many proper working borders about these days. I was thinking about a Patt but they are quite common and i'd like something different, hence the reason I went for the beddy type. What do you think of Plummer terriers? They get slated a lot for fox work but surely there is some grafters out there? Thanks for reply, atb.
  12. Was looking for a beddy pup but changed my mind due to the lack of proper working dogs and the availability of a pup at a reasonable price. I am looking for a bitch pup preferably in the Lancashire area. Will be using the dog for odd digs, ratting, bushing and mink work if all goes to plan! Genuine replys much appreciated, thanks.

  14. nice borders pal, me grandad used to have a nice bitch bred from n yorks way, atb
  15. At what age do you introduce them to game then? rats / rabbits to start?
  16. My great grandad always had them and worked them. I have always liked the type of terrier but never really seen a pure breed work. I have a beddy x lurcher bitch myself and I really like the look of them to be honest with ya.. I wouldn't be taking it to no cruffs though
  17. cheers for advice pal. i'll keep trying and if not I may get something else. thanks anyways, atb
  18. yeah I know what ya mean but what am I meant to do in the mean time? Is it really worth the wait for an old type working bedlington or do I get another working bred terrier...
  19. I would rather look at shots of working beddy's than some of the fluffy fairys some folk upload... So what do you rec lads? Should I stick about and keep searching for a decent bedy or just get another terrier?
