    No doubt about it mate beddy whipps are game as fk!! but (not discounting ,,,av seen it done!!!) depending what your after they do lack a little bit of weight and not all are capable simply due to size.. ATB

    hi mate mines 2 and through the day is a fkn nightmare!!take him on the lamp and he is awesome out and in no probs retreives are excellent!! but day time he is absolutley hopeless i just feel like walkin away and leaving him when he gets his day head on..its really embarrasing getting on your hands and knees in front of the boys squalking like a lassie to try and get him in when he decides to come back!! my solution for me......yep you guessed it i just take him lamping it least he looks like a pro doing this

    Alright mate shite that like bud.! but i have 3 poleys hobs,and a albino hob the 3 poleys where born beginning of summer and albino is about 10/12 wks old mate your more than welcome to take your pick..im north east if its help pal..

ATB Ry Good luck bud, just out of interest, when you're asking for permission do you mention the fact you've got three lurchers? Always mate but stress that its up to them what tools i use to do the job mate!! been today to see about that possibility which has now turned into a permission!! :boogy:

    hi mate we still have our lure from our whippet racing days she has had a couple a runs with it over 150yds but not sure what sort of times she should be making pal? Thanks I dont quite know myself mate, as i don't run whippets, but i expect over 150 yards, a good dog would should be running it in under 10 seconds.     ther may well be mate!(probably to be fair) but just thought if she could then it would also be another outlet for her she does love to chase like! like i said she is a lovely animal either way it dont matter if she cant she has other uses but the racing thing would have been a bit of nostalgia for me and my dad thats all.

    she is a solid looking wee f****r mate atb with her did you breed the bitch yourself or did you buy her in hi mate she was a rescue about 16 month old now.she is such a loving animal and has phenominal prey drive.its just we used to race whips years ago and thought why not give her a go but the dogs at the track look so light now i dont know if she would comply with the current "trend" years ago all shapes and sizes could run if you know what i mean.     cheers pal.. i have no doubt she would go up the track just was there the other week and everything seems so slight!compared to her.( not sure people maybe worried incase she bumps theres on the way up like dont want to fall out with anyone over a bit of fun) compared when shes fit she can move. was just thinkin of havin a bit of fun with her on a sunday will help her fitness when not out ferreting etc.
