ive never used any suplements either T7 until this year i got some glucosamine off a well known local vet,Ruby had a tendon injury and in my eye's it works, it was dodger who recomended it to me, you dont need to use it just when injured so she will be back on it come september. also like you i think it's wise to carry some kind of recharge but i dont usualy, i think i will change that after reading the horror storries. as for pork i dont mind feeding it but always cooked,ive never seen anything concrete to say you shouldnt just old wives tales tbh
