I'D LIKE TO THINK IVE DONE MY SHARE MATE, it deffo the best start to a season ive had, one of the farms we go on likes a reportof how we get on and told me the other day we where over the 300 mark for the season, i know the other farm we go on we have had over 200 and our recent trip was close to 450 for the 3 nights, so me and Ruby have played our part in bagging around a 1000 so far this season, i dont think thats to bad do you???? infact the farmer is that happy i think we may get a bottle this year lol

cheers Moscow apreciate that, a lot of hard work has gone into them dogs this year and that started in the summerwith the fitness training and getting the land to run em on, Timbers dog was lacking a bit of fitness thats why he held it back a little but all in all it looks like the hard work paid off how many did you get 54 MM it does say mate Where does it say Dazz as i can't see it..maybe a visit to specksaver's is on order for me.. sorry mate but it does on the post i put on of the night "a trio of minshaws" i put it on here for Andy

Had another night last night it wasnt exactly a planned trip more of a spare of the moment thing, there was 3 of us this time instead of the usual 2 as i knew Timber was wanting to get his young bitch Mea out to improve her fitness. The night was quite good although a bit more wind would have been ideal and the temp was quite warm at 8 degs, we had a couple of misshaps through the night as you do, i dropped my lamp and had to do some running repairs,my mates lamp was playing up (it'd older than a fecking concker tree lol) and Buck picked up a knock that hampered him a little but all in all

no mate i can honestly say all where caught after decent runs apart from one that i mentioned, put it this way Ruby is very fit at the momentand has started the season better than i expected, she has smashed all my records with her best being 62 and that could have been more if i hadnt had enough and the battery went, but last night was the tiredest ive seen her, she loves to hunt and put's everything into it plus they ran at least 3 times what they caught. atb Daz

cheers everyone, Chalky it took a lot of hard work getting some good land as all my old spots are all but ruined (not by me) so you have to be sensible as well as keeping them happy, by turning up and taking small bags it's keeps the farmers happy (as they just see we are keen and not the bags) it keeps the dog's fit and like everone say's it's a fantastic day out. we must be doing ok as they keep giving us more land so everyone's happy

went out again this morning doing a bit of bushing and bolting with the dogs and ferrets, we didnt use the ferrets as much as we intended due to the weather change but we still had a cracking morning catching 12, 11 of them where caught by the dogs, they have learned to work the land well and have started to realise how tight some of these rabbits sit so they have to be very thorough and check every blade of grass. THEN THE WEATHER CAME IN AND TRUST ME IT WAS COOOOLLLLDDDDD!!!!! WE COULD HAVE DOUBLED OR EVEN TREBLED THE BAG TODAY BUT NO POINT BEING GREEDY LOL P
