  6. It sounds like the right thing if it is a deep cut i have found the glue isnt always as efective on the deeper cuts but a couple of staples will keep it held together nicely and allow it to heal.Atleast stapled it wont open up and allow muck in. Just give it time and keep it clean the last thing you want at the beginning of the season is and infection.

  10. Im looking for a terrier pup im not too fussy on what sort as long as it is from a proven back ground of good working ancestors (real workers.Or if you have a litter planned i dont mind waiting for a dog with right background to come up, I know most lads with quality stock have pups spoken for well before they are born but thought i would try.Would ideally be around north yorkshire but can travel. Cheers.

  13. Exactly, too many vandals as you say which is ruining the sport and all its credibility
  14. I wouldnt let it to ground with another dog, If possible next season let it watch another terrier going to ground so it can see and hear everything it will become very interested in whats going on and soon enough will want to go to ground itself its usually not to much hassle having a couple of pups coupled up near a dig make sure when you do let it go to ground its not a really big spot a few nice easy digs to start. It should all come naturally to a terrier
  15. It would help if people respected the land they are on and the quarry seen too many idiots giving coursing a bad name ploughing up farmers fields, being abusive. A farmer over my way had a whole barn burned down with his combine, tractor etc. all because he confronted hare coursers that were on his land, that was very sporting of them
