    sounds good to me mate,will defo need to keep in touch.iv just managed to talk my wife into letting me have a lurcher itl have to be a bitch tho as we have a staff male(pet) so hopefully il be keeping my ear to the ground for a young bedlington lurcher very soon.

    hi,just a little about me.im a a youngish lad brought up in countryside(dad ex gamekeeper) so had fair experience with hunting however i been in forces(army) a while now so i havent had a working dog or gone hunting(anyform) in a fairly long time now,10 years or so.however its one of those things that has never left me and i still ponder when i see a good dog or ferret etc.. end of life story! what im asking is if their is anyone in plymouth area who would like a companion then i would be extremely happy to offer my services.. p.s i do not have a dog,gun or any alternate reasons so pleas

    im a bit of a traditionalist when i comes to crosses id say you wouldnt go far wrong with deerhound x grey,perfect for the bigger ground. a 1/4collie x grey.however my choice would be a bedlington/whippet put back to a good greyhound.but there are many good dogs out there...and a good keen working whippet will put a smile on your face!
