Bang on mate. The girl had 5/6 replies for renting the place in 1 hour of putting it on Facebook so hopefully she can get a long standing tenant now with know worries. I'd love to be able to buy properties and rent out and build a pension scheme for the future. But when you read some of the replies it shows there's no point. Seems to me if you try to get ahead in this place everyone wants to take the piss and bring you down. Not for me I'd end up skint or in jail!

Yes [bANNED TEXT] they dont vet their occupants and move the dregs of sociaty into their properties some time's in decent areas makeing every fookers life a misery who live their. You could have a point there. In this case it's not. The girl once lived there, is friendly with neighbours and wants things to stay that way. I think maybe she should look for people who are working but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Sorry I forgot this was the hunting life. Paulus....you sell me a dog for £500, as a favour cause your so nice you let me pay it up with my benefits for £50 a month for 10 months. no its simply because the benefit bollocks is made to fit all scenario's and used as a smokescreen, my honest opinion, all benefit should be means tested, no universal benefits should exist, child benefit.working tax credit.winter fuel allowance etc, etc scrap the lot, one payment to cover all aspects if and when you need it and only for the time it takes to get back on your feet, but it would never happen as far to many who think their not on benefits would rebel about loosing their benefits I totally agree but we both know that won't happen cause to many people don't want to get on there f

Exactly the case mate. A pub/hotel into local village a while back started to get every bit of scum of the day staying there. You'd go for a pint and there would be some dick smacked out there tits talking to themselves in the corner. Owner coining it in.......that soon stopped when it changed.

I doubt you can be coached online mate. You need to do what is comfortable to you. It's like golf..you can play at a decent level with practice and a bit of ability but you have to play with how you feel comfortable. There might be the perfect technique out there but it doesn't mean you have to style yourself on it, it might just not work. Infact face it your shit at darts!! Lol

Applied for 2 and declined. I tried to get my overdraft from 600 to 1000....DECLINED!! Funny when I look back but when I was about 21 I was at Celtic Park and this wee hottie wanted to set me up a Celtic credit card. Never had a credit card but she was hot and it had the Celtic badge on it. I had saved up about £6k in the bank and the paperwork dropped through my door and they had declined me.....hahahah ffs!!!!

I've been great with money all my life...always worked hard for the stuff I've bought. Over the last few years I have been pretty skint and when I've asked for a bit help from the bank they be as well have said "f**k off!!!!". If I could do it all again id get loans here there and everywhere so I cold build up a credit rating. I can't even get a f***ing couch on tic ffs!!!!!

I agree with that if your trying to compete at the highest level. But just to be confident at throwing darts in the pub if you practice enough you will be good enough to enjoy a game of darts. Think your lats must have been getting in the way....lol

How do I throw a dart...ffs!!! Doesn't matter how you hold it it's all about rhythm and timing. Practice makes perfect.
