  3. not to sound like a complete cock but who gives a shit if philip king is the king of lurchers or not does it effect the way your lurchers work an does it stop you having some fun with your hounds .....no he could be the burger king for all the differents it makes
  4. so we have come to the conclusion then the lurcher worlds is completely mad great i should fit in just fine then!!!
  5. doesn't your post just go to show that you are one of the "concerned" people you are talking about ???? no how does it show im one of the concerned about what others are doing with there dogs is all it shows is ive some time on my hands to spout shit over the thl dont no weather you have noticed this is the first time ive added a post it was only abit of baiting to kill time an have a bit of fun(the hunting lifes not the real world)   :boogy: only on the hunting life
  6. here we go only on the hunting life i got the same durable qualities from collie greyhounds. first crosses. its what i would expext from a well bred first cross lurcher. what do you keep. and what type of ground do you work it on? i keep a collie lurcher to collie lurcher bred an beddy x ill work em on any ground beggers cant be choosers

  12. as the title says as any one noticed lately how evey one is so concerned with what others are doing with there dogs an what they get up to an the crosses/dogs they use an what lines there out of an numbers of game being taken any one notice this? my view is who gives a f**k about others dogs an what there up to!!! to me working dogs is all about just being out there doing the job an watching me dogs work an enjoying working the dogs an having a good time
  13. this dog looks a cracking dog love the beardie cross
  14. ifirstly i agree that the whippet has made a massive comeback. and not before time. however not as a pure or hybred. imo the whippet is being used to bring down the size of the lurcher and to tidy up some of the more bulky types. whippets and the whippet crosses have a passionate following. despite being frail. shivery accident prone little things. the thing with lurchers is everytime someone crosses two breeds they tend to break all the rules. and the offspring get different qualities that dont exist in the parents. the above lurcher is half bred whippet turns like a b
  15. easy mate both names to stud/breed an make ££££££££ simple as that

  17. i used to use a propper slip lead an found it to be shit! to much f*****g about in the dark plus the dog triggered it on more than once an sliped its self now i use power straps like the ones lorry drivers use i bye them from b&q cut them to the size i want if they get lost no biggy they cheap as chips an work great no cutting in to your hands with the dog pulling
  18. if a hancock bred dog was crossed with a minshaw bred dog what would they be hancock bred or minshaw bred???? food for thought! an what name would make the most money????
  19. there is good an bad in all crosses i find it funny how the name hancocks said an automaticly the dogs becomes wank! theres some funny people in this game but ive noticed the type of person that makes a statement like(that there shit) has gone through more dogs than ive had hot dinners or breeds more dog than ive had dinners in my eyes you give the dog positive experiences to make the dog the best or what it is to become its all down to the owner!! handcock only provides the true ingredients for the recipe
  20. this minshaw shit what a load of old crap who gives a shit!!!! what sells better putting naming in front of a dog or no names? names give worth an more money can be made with there being worth just another lurcher to lurcher bred dog in my eyes
