so come on then, tell us what dogs ye got an what ye run way em i keep a half cross beddy/whippet an a lurcher to lurcher bred cur only for rabbits as i stay on the right side of the law dont i -
as the title says as any one noticed lately how evey one is so concerned with what others are doing with there dogs an what they get up to an the crosses/dogs they use an what lines there out of an numbers of game being taken any one notice this? my view is who gives a f**k about others dogs an what there up to!!! to me working dogs is all about just being out there doing the job an watching me dogs work an enjoying working the dogs an having a good time

this dog looks a cracking dog love the beardie cross

ifirstly i agree that the whippet has made a massive comeback. and not before time. however not as a pure or hybred. imo the whippet is being used to bring down the size of the lurcher and to tidy up some of the more bulky types. whippets and the whippet crosses have a passionate following. despite being frail. shivery accident prone little things. the thing with lurchers is everytime someone crosses two breeds they tend to break all the rules. and the offspring get different qualities that dont exist in the parents. the above lurcher is half bred whippet turns like a b

minshaws are different to collie cross

if a hancock bred dog was crossed with a minshaw bred dog what would they be hancock bred or minshaw bred???? food for thought! an what name would make the most money???? -
there is good an bad in all crosses i find it funny how the name hancocks said an automaticly the dogs becomes wank! theres some funny people in this game but ive noticed the type of person that makes a statement like(that there shit) has gone through more dogs than ive had hot dinners or breeds more dog than ive had dinners in my eyes you give the dog positive experiences to make the dog the best or what it is to become its all down to the owner!! handcock only provides the true ingredients for the recipe

this minshaw shit what a load of old crap who gives a shit!!!! what sells better putting naming in front of a dog or no names? names give worth an more money can be made with there being worth just another lurcher to lurcher bred dog in my eyes -
f**k dg and is band of ass licking followers the blokes only out to promote his dog< in the words of the x factor judges any publicity is good publicity> so he can make £££££££from stud/ breeding any one would think hes the only one out there with a good working whippet the way is followers carry on i bet the next time he gets another dog as sonnys replacement thats also a world beater mark my words
-

-
good cross mate! you will have some fun with that cross an it will serve you well hope you all the best with him/her you dont need bull blood to be a allrounder but i like the ways alot of people think you do to retrieve the odd shot fox an deer but it allways puts a smile on my face
-
ive a little half cross thats allways nocked up feet, cuts the lot! shes a reckless runner the only thing shes not done is broke bones witch i hope never happens

any thing other than bunnys!

You should be in control of the dog on or off the slip. If you aren't it isnt trained properly. Lamp lighting quarry-go,lamp off, back to you. Simple. If the dog doesnt do that then its not a lamp dog,its a point and shoot coursing dog thats not trained to the lamp properly. so the minuite you flick your lamp on your dog is off after whats at the end of the beam even if you dont know whats at the end of it! i keep to the law my dogs are just for the bunnys i like to know what they are running when i say( slip lead) simple as that dont tell me your one of the jokers that can call is dog of
-
all ways on slip! lamp dont aid the dogs viewing only aids my viewing of the run plus there lot of things i dont want the dog running these people that say i can call my dog off from running stuff they dont want the dog running are big jokers! the dog is bred to catch an wants to run stuff an catch these people are to be taken with a pinch of salt when on slip your in control of what your dog will run
