  1. sorry to hear that stewie, chin up mate, i'm sure all is not as bad as it seems, at least she is standing now if only unsteadily ,but it's a start, lets hope it's only bruising, keep us posted, atb......john
  2. have bought some of this, i got it for €6.00, thanks http://www.hyperdrug.co.uk/
  3. never heard that before rocky, would warm water be ok? cheers......john John, personally, i would not put boiling water over the dry food, it will kill all the vitamins ect. If you are going to soak it, just luke warm water and dont soak the food for more that half hour, i give it 10/15 mins, just cover the food, dont overflow it with water. I give soaked complete in the morning and dry in the evening, split the feed, it digests better. For your pup John, half a mug, soaked in the morning and half a mug dry evening, should be grand. As for electrolytes, i all ways use them,
  4. i always soak my dogs meals in boiling water and leave to cool until luke warm, whether it be dried food or raw, would this be enough instead of using electrolyte or similar product, cheers......john After you have soaked the food, then put more water on till it is swimming. You would only need to use electrolyte replacement if you are planning a hard days/nights work really...say an average night out for a few runs on rabbits for example you should not need it if your dog is fit John thanks moll.

  10. ok mate, thanks for your help, happy new year to you and your family, cheers.
  11. thats what i was wondering mate, if it was given all the time or only when worked hard. do you find it gives them that wee bit extra energy or is it just purely for rehydration.
  12. was wondering how many of you give your dogs electrolyte,if so when and how often would you give?, if not is there any reason why? have heard this product mentioned a couple of times and just wondered, i would have no need to use this product as my pup is only 9mths old, but who knows maybe in the future, thanks for all your reply's.
  13. i buy SON OF A GUN from my local motor factor, works well.
  14. they may well give a bit of stick on the forum lets be honest about this most of it really is tongue in cheek and should be taken as such, when you break it down to the actual " HUNTING "side of things i think we all stick together,if you remember we are all on the same side f**k all else matters, had more ups and downs with mates in the pub than on here,to many take this site to seriously ,jmo just to add.......f**k the antis i dont care what they think,c**ts the lot of them and they can perceive that how they bloody like I think the luxury of not giving a fcuk what antis think is

  19. she has been banned from another hunting forum i go onto, only lasted a few weeks, she changed her name from crobinc to mad69yank i think it was, she def needs seen to that one
  20. i have a bag very same as that one, not great for carrying large amount of rabbits( anything over 10) as the strap cuts into the shoulder with the weight, i use it for carrying my purse nets and use an old royal mail bag for the rabbits. these bags are really only designed for carrying decoys, which would be lighter than rabbits.
