I had a dog I called Kori that was out of Nuttall's Jesse that was out of a dog named Trecle. I assumed it was a Nuttall bred dog, but it would have been about 20 years ago. Kori was an incredible locator, a great producer and an awesome all around dog. Todd

I used to have rats, most people would be upset, but I was glad, gave the pups something to hunt. I left them alone until they started chewing on the car wiring. I set live traps, and caught 120 rats in 18 weeks. I had two young pups that got to work the rats (when I released them in a field) from six weeks old to six months old, both turned out to be incredible locators. I left the traps set, and did not catch any more until spring. Then I caught a few females and a big male, and I have not had any rats in about 5 years. I did see a few prints in the snow the other day, so I will s

Ok Jonathan, let me explain this to you better so you will understand and then you can slag me for facts not hear-say.. I indeed start my young terriers and puppies on armadillo.. It allows me to introduce my young ones to true earthwork without worry of ruining them or them taking too much stick at a tender age. By the time the terrer in question has properly matured and ready for a formiable opponent he or she will be light years ahead of the terrier that matured in the kennel run as they have already been finding game and are already accustomed and are completely comfortable with earthwork -

Yankee here are five very good dogs that I got from Tony, that were bred from Tony. !. FC Fulford's/Riviotta's Kori. A very good all around worker, would find anything anywhere. Very smart dog, that was incredibly hard. She was in the ground for 3 days once, when we finally got her out, she got a drink of water and took off hunting again. She was hunted almost every day for seven years straight. No matter how sore or swollen she was, She never showed any sign of quitting ever. She was never worked on Badger... She died at almost nine years old. Killed by two neighbors dogs. -

I can save you some time and money if you are willing to listen to the truth and take it for what it is worth... I hunt on average 3-4 days a week and have witnessed terriers from most of the lines that exist here in America..Stay away from anyone in that is peddling terriers from a website here in the states or anyone who wants cash for their terriers.. There is a lot of good hearted folks in the states that will gift you a terrier that is bred from honest workers IF you are into these little dogs for the right reasons.. I was one of the idiots that spent a lot of money only to recieve pure -

Stuntman, As a citizen of the United States I am offended by your post. The United States was founded on the idea of freedom of speech. These Americans have just as much of a right to give their opinion as you do, no matter if you agree with them or not. One of the great things about this country is that everyone can debate, Not everyone is going to be right. Your apology makes you look arogant, like you think you are better than the other Americans posting here. This statement I apologize to my fellow terrier brothers and sisters through the free world to me says, hey I might hav -

Jonathon, I have read this post and am not at all amused.....First , I met your father in Iowa at Barburners at a get-to-gether....We talked at lenght about many things terrier, and, were in agreement on most all things. I found Robert to be very knowledgable, and cordial.....MY ONLY GRIPE is what OLA and TODD have done by commercializing the Booth dogs to make money and NOT sortng them out , but, selling to one and all to the highest bidder,NOTHING to do with your father or Booth dogs!.....Of course I have heard the dust up about your father from several sources , and, have just tried to rema -

sorry Ohiosteve, I guess I did not make myself clear. I will try again. You mentioned that you paid $1000 for your bulldog, I am sure you would say he is worth that, but if there was a way to test him, and you watched him fail that test. That dog would no longer be worth that amount of money. most of us know what it feels like to love a dog one minute, and then the next minute know that it is worthless. What I was trying to say is that the type of person that would want to get his money back out of the worthless dog, is like the prostitute. Who would sell a worthless dog, just becau -

Dean just because there are a bunch of different sides to the story that does not mean that one of them is the truth.........LOL Here is the Truth John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son (Jesus) that whosoever would believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life. The way I understand it. Working terriers in the UK are everywhere. You may know several people that have working terriers. There may even be several people in your family that has working terriers. So if you want a working terrier, you can go to Uncle joe or the custodian at the local pub and get a pup off of him. With a promise that you will work the dog, and he has the oportunity to get pups back out of the dog he gave you if it works out..... That is not how it is in the United States. I had to drive 500 miles to get my first working terrier. I had to buy it from a complete stra -

No offense, but there is no way I could count how many digs he was on. Milo is dead now. He was a good dog and a good producer. The people that paid big money for his dogs were wanting to start their own lines, they wanted to start with a good dog and did not know anyone who would give them a dog. As far as paying big money for dogs and not want to cull because you don't want to loose money that depends on what the man is made of. If he does not want to cull for fear of losing $1000, why would he cull if he is going to lose $200, or even $20. It is like the man that asks the gi -

Not much in the way of terriers, I can't dig at all now, I spent some time in the hospital and sport a bag now... fashionable eh? The ground here is sugar sand anyway, I've yet to see a decent earth even groundhog holes are scarce. I am able to get out a little with my sighthounds but nothing like a serious hunter... its all just good fun, love keeping the dogs and seeing what they'll do from time to time. Gotta have some sort of vice you know. I still have the Doogan dog I got from Lonnie B. that was a good breeding imo. Sometimes I miss the old boards... they were always go -

Kye, I appreciate the post, but Milo died last year. He was a very good dog and a very good producer. A lot of the people wanted to start their own line of dogs and wanted to start with Milo.... I am not here trying to sell any pups. I just wanted to put the truth out there about some lies being spread around. When people have both sides of the story they are better able to make up their own mind. Todd Hi Deadgame dont think you answered the question what type of work did milo do what quarry did he take i think was the question Oh sorry, Badger, Fox, Racoon, Groundhog, Ferral c -

Very true statement Fishfish, but the quality of a dog determines it's price........Todd Here is a good quote. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness only that gives everything its value. Thomas Paine -

first off Erik, my name is Todd Fulford I live in Worthington KY, USA. Tell me who you are so if we meet I will know who I am talking too. Secondly Your post com on man no dog is worth a price like that tells me several things about you. 1. you do not value your dogs as much as I value mine. 2. I know that you have never paid 1000 dollars for a dog and that you will never sell a dog for $1000. I have bought several dogs for $1000. The value of something is not determined by the price tag that the seller puts on it. It is determined by what someone is willing to pay for -

Fionn with nothing to do regarding your post,I asked JD last night to remove all my content from this post, but he said he couldn't.After re-reading Possums posts "again",I figure for my part to just leave it be.However, there are a few intangibles that haven't been told that steered my replies in the direction they were.Like the threat of harming a man's dogs when he wasn't around, along with a couple others. But I too don't and never have liked the ganging up on someone.I can only speak for myself,I wish I never even responded Possum had been a friend of mine, and I replied in anger.I s -
