    All I can really tell you is that it is just a title. It does not make a dog any better, and there are a lot of dogs, in my opinion that should be in a "HOF " That are not, And some that are in the PTCA HOF I do not agree with. If I had my own HOF I would be the one making the choice, so it would be based on my opinions and the people I had helping me make the choices. I am not sure who makes the choice, but I would guess that it would be based on pedigrees received at the PTCA, and information shared by the members.     The Nutria rats are causing a lot of damage in the south. After years of the cops driving down the road shooting them from the back of a pickup I guess eeveryone was ready for something better. The anti's over here are several years behind the ones over there.....Todd
