Don't want to change browser especially as it seems a simple code change for the forum.

Yes I know, but always forget. On other forums its pretty standard that the link opens in a new tab/window.

Not sure if this is the right section but ... Quite often people put a link/s in their posts. When you click on them it takes you away from the site and to get back you either need to click the back button in your browser or open a new tab or window. Is it not possible to have links automatically open in a new window when clicked?

Check to see who is authorised to enter by the warrant. Only allow the persons authorised in the warrant onto your property and insist that any others leave.

Basic legal advice for pet owners. You get a knock at the door; you open it. It’s the R.S.P.C.A. The “officer†may or may not be in uniform but, crucially, the police are not in attendance. What should you do? Do not panic and do not let the uniform or the attitude intimidate you. There is a good chance that you will be cautioned using the words “You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not now mention something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidenceâ€. All this means is that the R.S.P.C.A. off

They say that they have had a report about your animals and would like to check them. · Have they any rights to be on your property? ................................ NO!! · Do they have any special legal powers? .........................................

They have NO right to enter your home to inspect your animals or to demand that you answer any of their questions. http://cheetah.webtribe.net/~shg/rspcarights.htm
  12. Not a great idea to keep as "pets" Under the Animal Welfare Act, which came into force at the end of March 2007, anyone who is responsible for a pet has a legal responsibility to meet the five basic welfare needs of pets. These are: a proper diet (including fresh water), somewhere suitable to live, any need to be housed with or apart from other animals, allowing animals to express normal behaviour, and protection from and treatment of, illness and injury. Movement Under the law all pigs require a licence if they are to be moved from one set of premises to another (except if going to a sl
  13. Had a dog a few years back suffered from tail whip, always splitting and getting infected. Vet ended up docking and she was as right as rain after and made no difference to her performance wise.
  14. You might have more joy if there was a little more information about this. Just because you demand a signature doesn't mean that everyone will sign up. I even did some searching on the web and could find nothing. Some more info and you may get more than the 33 signatures (at time of writing) on your petition.
