  3. smashing lurcher pal ,i love the stance cheers mate shes a cracker , she stands like that all the time she is off at the moment with a broken toe thats a pity pal hope she heals up for you soon she is well on the mend , not doing much with all this frozen snow on the ground at the moment . so she is having a good rest ! i got me hands full with this pup at the moment

  7. hello [bANNED TEXT] , i think it all comes with time , my female was a bit hit n miss with rabbits on the lamp but getting better with time , she has had hold of 2 hares but just cant keep hold of em , and she flys at 2 lb 4 oz she is mint on pheasant and rabbit , she also had squirrel and last weekend a weasel , some one told me you should either take em on the lamp or day time and not both , be she is not bothered when she goes out . so just bare with her mate and you should have a good alrounder . cheers mick

  10. got one at selby game fair , used it two or three times and every time the dog twisted it came undone . was a pain in the arse . its now hanging up in the shed lol !!! cant go wrong with bit of billy band

    That's what i done, in the freezer with the rest of them,keep telling myself i'll get them stuffed one day but they're just mounting up. Yes, really sharp teeth that lock on like a Pitbull, i just shoved my priest in the gap in its mouth while it was locked on to birds leg then just prised it off then bird got a decent hold with its bitten leg, didn't last long after that. Out with cast of birds tomorrow down in Macclesfield with couple of ferrets on some untried 300+ acres, hopefully it will be a productive day. Take care fella, Ste. hope you

    i think your right mate it is a weasel , its only about 20 cm . i must say tho it doesent smell ive put it in the freezer , it did give me bird a nip on her foot but nothing to worrie about . cheers mick

    hi , i was just wandering if anyone else had taken a stoat with there hawk . i was out on my permission today with a mate and his fhh . we done a couple o sets and bagged a couple o rabbits , then my bird took off into a tree , then she dropped like a stone i couldnt see what she had till i got close and then i see the stoat . nice looking little thing it was , stella didnt want to give it up . anyway 3 rabbits and a stoat in the bag , then the clod got the better of us so we fu#ked off home lol !!!

    i have got to agree with you , ive had 4 harris now and find them hard working birds , other birds sound like hard work . the harris hawk is pretty forgiving , i did fancy a red tail but dont think ill bother . i got a female at the moment , she is 4 year old flys at 2lb 4 oz taking rabbits for fun and she loves suqirrel and pheasant . she is just getting better all the time . cheers mick
