well i just had stella out after she broke her talon last week , i been treating it with germoline new skin , now this stuff is fu#kin brilliant , an old boy told me about it , said if i didnt wanna put my bird in for a early molt . then i should try this . so over the past few days i been applying lots of thin layers over and over . this stuff goes rock hard , so protecting the broken talon . anyway i took her out more to feed her than anything else and true to form she nailed a pheasant , the bloke that lives in the house near where she got it wasnt very pleased cos he feeds em . but its han

took the dogs out for a good walk this morning , took the ferret see what we could do , bolted a few and bagged 2 , dogs had a good run about and the ferret enjoyed it !!

i got a cracking little spade from tool station ideal for when im out ferreting , only paid £4 for it ,was about 2 foot long had it a while then me mate bust it on sunday so gonna have to get another !!

How long was she down for before you decided it was too cold to hang around? And why has it taken you three f*****g weeks to get back there to look for her? Jesus Christ! waited an hour for her then the cold got the better of us , it was our last set of the day , took me three weeks cos its 30 odd miles away where we lost her and dont get up there that often , she was in good shape mind . she been eating well

hello mate , ive had my bird out today and she has taken half her talon off gripping a rabbit through a fence , now she did the same last season and it grew back really well , i had a feild first aid kit today so was able to treat her with some potassium premanganate witch stopped the bleading , so hopefully she will heal ok again . would like to hear what others say about it

went up to stanhope hawking today and found a ferret that i lost 3 weeks ago , little fu#ker was found in the same set that i lost him in

had a great days hawking today , went up to stanhope with my mate and his female and stella my female , it was cold and wet . but that never stopped us , started really well rabbits bolting all over , we were slipping the birds one at a time . stella got the first , was a good catch , then me mate slipped his but missed , we carried on for a few hours and bagged 4 rabbit . we moved on a bit and they were still bolting well . my bird got one through a fence and ripped half her tallon off . we patched her up and moved on . the ferret killed in so we dug that out . then the batteries went on the
