i was in darlington today and passed this little bit of history , this bloke used to tie his dogs and his pony to this . and its still there in the middle of darlo . you try find somewhere to tie your dog up nowadays !! read the plaque . says the old boy died on the titanic. just thought i would put it on sa it tickled me when i see it lol!!

i built this set up for me harris hawk and dogs , all made from harris fence pannels i found wink wink . the little dog kennel was an old shed i cut down . dogs love it

i used a flashing dustcap of our kids bike , it worked great but i bought a proper led light wich works fine when the bird is not sat on the ground Is that the purpsoe made tail mount LED's never tried one, wernt sure if they were any good. A mate whos an eletronic wizz kid (???) made me one and it was a bit of a waste o time as i could only make it out if the bird was 50yds or closer. So gave up on it - stil got it. Seen them advertise might get one if you say they good. i got mine off ebay and only paid £4 for it . i find it very good so at that price its worth getting one

i went out with a mate and his bird today , we did a few sets in teh hedge backs and bolted a good few bunnys , ended up with 2 . then moved on to the woods , his bird took off straight away after a pheasant but just couldnt keep hold of it , so we moved on a bit . his bird seen a squirral but mine never . his got hold of it but droped it on the way down and it got away , but there for another day !! we done a few more sets and bagged another bunny , so both birds had a good day

hi , ive been out lampin a few times with my fhh , she is straight down the beam but if the rabbit jinks on her she doesnt really wanna have another go , she like taking partridge at night tho ,

hi i was just wandreimg if there was any thing i can do to get my bird and me dogs to work together ? my harris hawk is 4 years old (stella )i got her off a mate of mine who didnt have time for her . ive allways had males and they been ok with dogs . now when my mate got this female she locked onto someones boarder terrier , needless to say there was hell on , he thought he was gonna get a big vet bill but the dog was ok , i keep the bird and the dogs preety much together in the yard ie kennels next to aivery , but she sometimes trys to grab hold of em and i dont really trust her with them , i

went for a walk this morning after the kids had us up at 5.30 to open presents , took the dogs over the back feilds and young scratch got a rabbit , blitz and sash soon took it off her , scratch is a bit young yet , but you couldnt have stopped her !!!
