    Anybody ever heard of this cross. I have never heard of a belgian cattle dog before. But a lasso at work who owns a coursin grey down from good stuff stands a 32inch was tellin me she just had him studded out to line a belgian cattle dog. She showed me a picture of the bitch it looks like a bichon frise (sp) the owner of the bitch uses her for ferreting and mooching about. And wants to put speed in his line, so what do you guys reckon to the cross. (note) this is not my breeding so no sarcky comments or daft replies just opinions cheers ss

    That was my original thought. But I dont like the short snipey type. I like the leggy lookers wid a good head. And spanable.

    What I want is a dog that bays and only goes in if it has to. I dont want a smashed up dog. I want something to use week in week out. So like I said is a beddy for me?

    I dont want to have a dog that gets laid off after every dig. Fair enoiugh a dog that mixs it up but I couldnt keep a dog that got chewed up because it didnt make a noise. And ewas way to hard. I would rather have a bayin dog than out else. So would you say a beddy is my kind of earth dog?

    Wouldnt mind a beddy in the future. For above and below, how would you rate them as apose to a jrt or patt? I keep a halfx beddy whippet and would never be with out him. This is why I like the beddy above other breeds. A rough looker loyal as they come any one got a good litter in the pipeline for next year maybe? Atb sam

    I'd say a Beddy/Grey 1st x would go about 23/ 24"; a Beddy/Whippet 1st x would go about 17" to 20", of course, all the Beddy/Whippet owners will give me shit over this, but it is true !! Forget Beddy/Whippet 1st cross if you want a real "allrounder" !! Cheers. I wouild like to disagree mine is 2nd gen halfx t halfx supposedly. I think hes a cracking alrounder

    He'll be about 8 or 9 mate. If you pm Pat Blewitt on here, he is Flynns owner, a top guy, he will give you any information you need about the dog. Cheers. I was told my dog was a 2nd gen beddy/whippet. But looking at that its getting me thinking. Has he ever been put to a beddy/whippet or another beddy/grey halfx. My dog came of harvey on here.
