would be interesting to see the stats. Have dog attacks actually gone down? Could be same as the change to the gun law and crime stays the same or even goes up. I think there should be some kind of licence or regulation to own certain types of dog to stop the wrong kind of people having them. At least that could separate the responsible owners from the scum bags who just want a power trip.

I love this, yes it is fantasy world for people like me but still it is more realistic than most programs. When he uses an animal for food you will see him kill it1 i.e rabbit, deer, fish. Very important! The masses are shy to seeing animals killed so he does our cause a big favour.

Right!! It doesn't have to be an essay just complain on the biased way it was reported on especially how coursing was lumped in with badger baiting and that it predjudices the views of the watcher on hunting with dogs. Emotive language like "perverse" etc should not be used by a so called impartial TV corporation!! Craven was obviously not behaving impartially was he. I sent my complaint in, every one else needs to do so.

Cheers mate I know it sounded like a daft question. I've mentioned keeping a dog outside to a few people and the react like its cruel. Seems a bit wierd to me. I'm looking in to kennels at the moment, I've seen a few that look a nice and secure environment.

Do you just leave it to drain or is there some kind of process you need to perform?

I'm just planning ahead here. If we do go ahead and get a dog, we'll get a kennel for it to stay in (during the day at least). Would you keep it out there at night as well? Alternative is the kitchen which would be locked though so not much room. During the winter would it be ok or do people bring them in when the temp drops below freezing? I appreicate people put blankets etc in them but doesn't the dog still sit on top of what ever you put down? Any advice would be appreaciated. Cheers

Different types of power station. Coal fired power stations cause Acid Rain. Chernobyl was nuclear. No damage to the atmosphere, but the radioactive fallout caused extra cancers in the North West. There weren't that many deaths around chernobyl appart from those involved in the accident/clean up operation. 2000 thyroid cancers most of which were treated. its common sense chaps...what do you think will happen if we dont change anything at all for 100 years? Do you think the world will explode? The earth will survive no matter what it is our own conditions that will change. Governments are supposed to be afraid of the people not the other way arround! It's simple....get everyone one you know to get off their arse and stop watching X-factor or what ever and get out and vote. Change is possible but we are ultimately to blame if we get the same old crap every time.

The oil giants research in to sea level change was nothing to do with climate change it was to try to understand possible traps for hydrocarbons. This research was years ago before this new religeon of climate change existed.

Climate warming scientists are only using 10-20 years of data. How can that be used to judge something that has a minimum 10,000 year cycles? Temperature has not risen significantly and even if the earth is warming up you would only measure significant change over hundreds or thousands of years.

Here you go chaps, geological evidence to show that global warming/cooling eposodes (sea-level change in this graph) isn't man made and that we are in a cycle of warming. Not hard to make up a hotmail address and then register though.
