  4. this is my first year as well................fair enough you want to save a chicken..................but a dog and especially a working dog is no comparison to a chicken, it puts stuff, on your plate, (a little more than an egg), puts its body on the line for you, it shows loyalty and protects you and your surroundings.................... Got a dog hear that's 16-17 inches at the shoulder and weighs about 25-30 pound and tbh he ain't much use, he's alright in pipes but even when they've got loads of shite in the bottom he's limited, and gets stuck in most earths, you'd be better of just using the ones youve got now, because for the most part in my experience if a dog makes abit of noise and bays a fox will usually bolt from a pipe, Cheers fd.

  21. some times higher is better PJ as the birds have to fly/flutter down rather than just jumping down which is better for their feet, cheers fd
