    I think that a pack of mink hounds will more often than not be made up of different types,the Welsh,English,Harriers and Otterhounds.Theres probably a few hunts around who use just welsh as theres some that use the other breeds to...yis John

    Cut the head off push the crop out to pluck it put it boiling water feathers will come out much easier...i always put a pair of marigolds on and do it under hot tap

    Went out for a hour or two today,weather was dreadful but needed to show my young jill some work.First two holer i came across my Lurcher bitch marks ferret in 1 in each net,good start Carry's on along the banking,lurcher marks a single holer...ferret in,another in the bag...by now i'm soaking so decide to head home,come across a nice 6 holer another mark so i net up put the ferret in...almost straightaway theres a double bolt i'm on one the dog on the other has i'm sorting these two rabbits out another two come flying out through a fence and away to safety...so ended up with 5 which I was h

    Well if it had been a patt or any other breed all the "nice dog bud" brigade would've commented,but because its a plummer its mostly negative comments.Yes the breed isn't everybodys choice but if something works for you whats the problem...I've never seen a decent one on foxes myself but credit where credits due ...yis John
