Alot of working terriers have Smithy in their blood somewhere, just depends what you class as being bred down from Smithy ie Spartacus mated alot of bitches and produced alot of pups and he had Smithy in his blood.
Lamping dog/bitch required. Guaranteed good working home for right dog. Must come with trial and be stock broken or able to be stock broken. Problem dogs considered as long as you tell the truth about them.
She's in a forsale post not on a please comment on my lovely dog forum and aren't i a great hunter. I'm sure you could earn a fortune with your ability to diagnose problems with dogs from photos as i'm sure not many people can. Anyway, the dogs future is the most important thing to me at the moment and not anybodys opinion of my training and fitness methods, so that is my last public comment on the matter.
I will just add this about the bitch, she is not the sort you can just go and pick out the kennel when you fancy a nights lamping. She gets a 3 mile road walk daily plus the running , so she needs to be kept fit. Her only problem is lots of tight turning when running lots of rabbits, she would run 10 times a night every night with ease. This is by no means an easy decision for me as she really is a smashing bitch and by no means a cripple. Armchair hunters need not apply or dog dealers as your pms will not be answered.
Witton, its not a recent pic and the bitch is very fit just her feet cant cope with the work. I could be rude to you for sticking your nose in where its not welcome but i just can't be arsed playing games with boys.......................
Approx 4 1/2 yrs Bull/ Greyhound bitch. Takes everything you would expect this cross to take but her feet can't stand up to the work i need her to do i.e 3 or 4 nights hard work every week. She would be fine for somebody who wants a dog to run once or twice a week to rabbits but not the 30 plus runs a night 4 times a week that i need and i don't have space for 2 lurchers. pm for more details. ( West Midlands)
Glad to hear your happy with the hob mate. Drop me a pm beggining of December and we'll sort out some digging for you, i'm digging twice a week now but have some of the welsh lads coming for some digging until December after that we go 3 or 4 times a week depending on the calls.

Putting this on for a friend. Parson Russell stud wanted KC reg or parson type for Howlbeck bred bitch. West Midlands area preffered. Bitch is a decent type but only used for a bit of ratting and rabbiting around the stable yard and also to mince about at horse shows. Any decent russell dog considered as pups will only be going to friends.
why skywards and not to the floor between you and the fox ? your method would be better off carried out with the landowners permission
I find it easier to bring the beam down as you are less likely to cast a shadow. The beam is not noticed easily sideways on, just don't point it at bedroom windows. I have also made an attatchment to go on the lamp which narrows the beam right down to pencil thin and that is very hard to see from a distance. The foxs eyeline is also close to the ground and he is more likley to get spooked by a badly placed beam near to the ground, i've not seen many
