I point the lamp skyward when a fox is spotted and squeak it in, you can then tip the beam down slightly to catch a brief glint of the foxs eyes to check distance then you are ready to drop the beam at the right time.

hmmmmmmmmm what alot of confusing advice to expect a beginer to understand. Raw feed is great, if you know what you are doing but can cause problems that a novice may not pick up on. Surely the best thing would be to feed a good complete feed that has everything the dog needs in it. I've bred and trained dogs for longer than i care to remember ( top open class greyhounds to hard digging terriers) and have spent hours cooking and prepairing all sorts of different feeds but to be honest with you a good complete dried food is just as good and much easier to do. I have used Beta for years now and

That's the litter sister to mine, they look to be turning out well. Do you know anything about their breeding ?

I had a bitch some years back who's first litter was by c-section. She had 3 more litters after that with no trouble. Depends on if your bitch had any other problems with the opp or if the vet saw something amiss. Scar tissue is stronger than normal tissue so she should be fine in that respect.

spot on,ive bred off the best dog i've ever seen and it as never produced a good pup,and the best dog i've had is off a bull that was owned by a pot head that had never shown any aggression or seen any work(the bull i mean lol) and a failed track greyhound.strange world is the dog world. The golden question is How do you know ? You can have a litter of 6 pups, 3 will be great 3 will be just average. The three great ones get bred from but produce crap and the 3 average ones get bred from and produce world beaters, sometimes talent can miss a generation only to be shown up in the next gen

they have a better chance of produceing a winner than a none derby winner ... the greyhound men wouldnt spend fortunes of cash on services to the derby winner if there wasnt a chance of getting another derby winner from the breeding??? i dont know anything much about greyhounds,so are most derby winners sons/daughters of derby winners? its like any type of breeding if you have a winner the they breed it with another winner to try and produce a winner just like they do with peddiegries spellt wrong again ...but its got to be PROVEN... but does it work professor? :11:
