    my son was scared of cows but eventually grew out of it, even so he still isnt 100% comfortable, nothing is enjoyable if you are frightened, part of being a parent is to protect them from what they are scared of, as far as I can see, huntingnightowl is not only being a great dad to his son but also trying to put the dogs best interests first as well.Incidently cant see how whacking the cows with a stick or getting a dog to shift them is a. gonna cure the boys fear b. enamour you with the beasts owner in any way

    found a local councillor hes also a member of the club, he claims he didnt know they were there, been this afternoon and showed him pics he agrees they have to come from club told them if they aint gone with proof of where they have gone them I am taking all the pics to Enviromental health

    the other day we were ferreting a levee I let him net one side and I did the other 3 bolts 2 his side both caught I my side but knocked the net to the side and got away the dog ran it but the rabbit jumped in the river just as the dog went for the strike, however when we were going home he said to me in all innocense that 10yr old do, "do you want me to show you how I set nets dad so you dont miss?" lol

    judy was one of the best bitches to ever grace the fen I went out with her social coursing a few times her swan song was to a real good dog the following year it was sad to see her straight lined but she was no babe by then the other dog as fresh as a baby

    i have bred a some whippet x borders, ALL in both litters have been fawn with a slight wire coat, one of them has been written about in CMW lately but he is only 8 months, and he is the heavier of the lot my sons one has just started catching but is hyper active, my mates bitch is as steady as a rock and a hell of a nose as has the 1 being written about from what I can gather

    me and the boy (10)had a quick hour out straight after school let him net one side of the levee and i did the other its his first time setting on his own 3 bolts 2 in nets and 1 knocked the net to the side guess who set the net that got knocked to the side?Then in all innocense he genuinely asks if i want him to show me how HE sets the nets. Incidently the escapee as it was being pressed bu Sonny jumped in the river , never seen that before
