  1. Got another tonight! I cant believe my luck. He chased a sitter for about 50 meters and forced it to panic which made it tumble. It then ran into a dyke full of water and I thought it had gotten away but he managed to get it. I am mega pleased with him. More work for Mr. Buster! JPT
  2. Do people ever cross with a whipet instead of greyhound? The greyhound x is a very big dog. I havnt got the room for such a big dog but they do look great and I have heard they do the job very well indeed! JPT

  4. Cheers for all the comments you lot. My mate has helped me skin and gut the bunny today and the ferret shall be enjoying the fresh meat tonight. It turns out the rabbit was healthy. We checked for white spots and there were none. Its eyes were knackard because of the way I dispatched it. BIG UP 'BUSTER FERRET' JPT

  6. It looks all scruffy because it was caught in a field full of cow shit and wet grass. He got it by its back so that ruffed up the hair aswell. I dont fancy doing all that skinning now! its to late and i will f**k it up on my own so i shall wait. is there any good sites with pictures you can compare healthy rabbits with infected ones?   7. I dont know. I dispatched it with a priest so that could be why. It looked ok to me but I will have to get my mate to check it out tomorrow. JPT
  8. Went out an hour ago and managed to catch my first rabbit. Owe it to the wind I think! JPT I havent gutted it or anything because I dont know how! My mate knows what he is doing so I will get him to do it tomorrow. Will the meat be ok for my ferret to eat or will it have gone bad? HELP!

  13. Yes you have read it twice! I put it on both sections. The dog works I. He doesn't want to dock it I was just wondering if you could actually do it at that age. Like is it leagal? JPT
  14. My mate has got a terrier and its tail is way to long! The dog is about a year and a half old and I was just wondering if you can still have their tails docked at this age? I know they are usually when they are little pups about two/three weeks old (I think)! JPT
  15. At what age should a terrier have there tails docked? can you dock them when they are say one or two years old or does it have to be done when they are a few weeks old? Cheers, JPT

  17. I got myself a lamp at the Midland show on saturday and I have been out with it twice. Cracking bit of kit although I think I am going to need a filter already because they are catching on quickly. I went for the Lazerlite 1,000,000 candle 7v battery set up which cost me £90. Hope I catch something now! JPT

  20. You might be best taking him out with some other dogs that do do the work you are looking to do with yours. I know a lad with an Irish terrier and ferret in Cheshire who works rabbit day and night. JPT
