It happens to us all mate, oggy's right u have to have bad ones to have good ones, i was out monday wide spot and 1 lifted net and bolted didnt see till it was away through wood lol better luck next time

I know lots of lads don't like them, but each to their own, i do, and was wondering if any of the old lines of d.wheeler are still about? Done a bit of a search, but not come up with too much.
Iam very keen to find some good pups, or at least some genuine lads with good dogs that could help?

Hello mate the dog on the left is a nuttall/wheeler dont know the exact lines i bought him not long ago took a chance and he started doing the job straight away and hes been going strong since, same with the dog on the right didnt have from pup bought him and was told nuttall lines wasnt really bothered mate both doing doing really well

Not bad mate you beat us round we were just having a quick mooch like nowt serious, what was that black dog in the back off 4x4 in its own cage looks the part and had some battler scars a didnt reconise it!
Thats the secret weapon lol na mate its flynn my other dog, been getting plenty graft, back out tomorrow mate hopefully get a few more
Up this way again like or ya gan to that spot we went lamping a while back its a knocking bet them holes on the bank side will be holding! flynn has some head on him like! We went an tried a few drains a few mile away, well run nowt at home so had a wonder and put charlie out of some rushes in about 10inch snow if only had a gun dog, it was game over! And then the sound of a quad!

With the weather knocking the work on the head me and jamie2004live went out with the terriers, went to the first wood which jamie has dug recently and got 3 out of, tried a few nothing there got to the same hole he dug a few weeks ago and got a solid mark from jamie's dog brock who is still in sick bay from losing his front teeth so i collared my dog chance up and entered him, it is only a 2 holer but big inside the dog was in working the fox for about 20 mins we were expecting a bolt but didnt happen, so started to locate the dog and got a mark of 1.1 he was mixing so left a bit, dog went silent he had moved slightly got a mark of 0.6 so we opened up, chance was locked solid in a tight spot so removed fox, dispatched it then gave to the dogs for a rag, took some pics here they are cheers for reading ATB SIMPSON10

FINISHED WORK EARLY TODAY SO WENT OUT FOR WALK ABOUT 3.45PM TO CHECK SOME EARTHS, SEE IF THERE WERE BEING RUN, TOOK MY YOUNG BITCH OUT ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF PREVIOUS DIGS, MY NEW BEAGLE BITCH AND MY .410 JUST INCASE PUSHED A THICK BRACKEN COVER THROUGH FIRST AND THERE IS A DECENT EARTH NOT FAR FROM IT, THIS WOOD HAS LOADS OF GOOD EARTHS IN SO GOT TO THE EARTH AND IT WAS BEING USED FRESH EARTH OUTSIDE THE BEAGLE WHO I WAS TOLD HADNT WORKED BEFORE WAS IN THE EARTH, I HAD TO PULL HER OUT, SO I COLLARED UP HOLLY AND SHE FLEW IN, IT LOOKED VERY EASY DIGGING SOFT GROUND I COULDNT HEAR HER WAITED A BIT, THEN LOCATED THE DOG SHE WAS AT 1.6 I COULD'NT HEAR HER ON SO I WAITED A BIT LONGER TRIED AGAIN GOT HER AT 1.1 AND I COULD JUST HEAR SHE HAD FOUND NO FURTHER MOVEMENT SO I STARTED DIGGING AND BROKE THROUGH IN MINS VERY SOFT AND SANDY, REMOVED DOG WHO WAS WORKING WELL AND COULD SEE A DECENT SIZE VIXEN, IT WAS DISPATCHED AND REMOVED, IT WAS GETTIN DARK BY THEN CLEANED UP BEST I COULD(WILL FINISH PROPERLY TOMORROW) COULDNT GET ANY DECENT PICS OFF MY PHONE IT HAS NO FLASH SO TOOK A COUPLE BACK AT THE MOTOR THANKS FOR READING ATB SIMPSON10

Totally agree mate, i wouldnt give a dog away without telling them everthing about a dog which i have done.
i have ran this dog, dont know what u mean by running dog, but he can take quarry.

Very little IMO, he aint no running dog.

He is a handy dog mate, he works the lamp and has taken quarry he is quick for his size, he has worked with terriers and never munched any, just make sure its clear when releasing the dog just incase his fault is getting nasty with dogs, this is a genuine post there is no bullshit, thats the dog worked properly he is a proper tool

Not sure mate, you cant put him in a motor where there is others dogs he ok with bitches, he would suit someone working him on his own, dont get me wrong he doesnt just go crazy when he sees dogs just when close to them, gets nasty, no good when you have other dogs,

THE DOG IS A 1ST X BULL/GREY, THE DOG IS A VERY BIG DOG ABOUT 27-28 TTS, HE IS EXCELLENT AT HIS JOB NO MESSING ABOUT A FEW ON HERE HAVE SEEN THIS DOG, I HAVE WORKED THIS DOG MANY TIMES 100%, THE DOG HAS TURNED NASTY TOWARDS OTHER DOGS, HE CAN BE KENNELLED WITH BITCHES DOESNT BOTHER THEM, DOG IS IN THE NORTH EAST, ANY QUESTIONS PM ME,MAINLY LOOKING FOR A SWAP GOOD WORKING TERRIER BITCH.

f**k me mate, the weather isnt realy cold enough but there's plenty people going out and finding to ground, i will hada speak to jamie2004 and dog n natives and we will go to the secret location where we can do some serious pest control, and some cover work, mite be easier to find away in the hills at first light! Has barry started yet?

It depends on how much money youve got mate i have used deben mk1 and mk3 long distance with the pin pointer on, and now i use a bellman flint, i prefer the bellman flint now but still think if the bellman flint had the pin pointer on from the mk3 it would be perfect, deben mk3 terrier second hand about £100+ and a bellman flint you cant get cheaper than about £300 so it just depends on how much digging you are doing and how much u can afford ATB Simpson10

i have recently put up a couple of posts on the terrier forum and when i was looking to see who was reading i notice 17 people reading 4 were members and 13 were guests, i have just had a quick look at the bottom of the forum page and there is 565 people active in the last half an hour and there is only 164 members and 401 guests, what is going on why so many guests its free to join and you cant see pics if u arent a member, so who are they all and why all reading the main hunting posts
