Why are they here is the question, that’s the bottom line. They just let all the people destined for deportation to Rwanda out buck shee yesterday…..on Monday they were worthy of deportation and on Wednesday they are your next door neighbours!! Its got f**k all to do with some paki making speeches about how he hates us, we know that already……making a big deal of the symptoms when they won’t talk about the disease.
-
It’s as simple as this mate, they shouldn’t even have to.
-
Ditto mate I believe having looked briefly at the legislation that planning an atrocity and planning a protest are now worthy of a long prison sentence, except for the latter, which only requires a random government official to decide it’s illegal on the day at any given time and can be applied (or not applied) to whoever that official sees fit……..and that is what many lads are approving of in approving of these people being jailed. That’s bad law anyway you stack it up imho mate. Now, my suspicion is having watched the trajectory of my country for these last 40 odd y
-
Why don’t you organise a protest about it that the government has to take notice of because it’s having a real newsworthy effect……if you fancy 5 years behind the door that is. Lol Sorry, couldn’t resist…..
-
My fault, I wasn’t clear and the writing skills leave a lot to be desired. My rather badly worded phrase means that if we are not locking up people like the Palestine mob or the Black Lives Matter mob then how can we in all Logic lock up these people ?…….you either have to lock them all up or none of them, I’d prefer none of them because the cost to freedom is too expensive. We have conspiracy to murder law already, you can’t lump this in with that……because it’s just not the same in any reality.
-
No mate, they were completely different things but the point is, they are not now and you approve from what I can see if it ? unless I have complete misunderstood ?
-
Yeah, but they ain’t !
-
Made up scenarios mate, except the football match of course…..they can be used to peddle any bit of rhetoric the powers that be see fit.
-
Yes, because there seems to be a notion that our government will apply these laws even handedly which they clearly won’t !……what does that mean for you, the common or garden English bloke ? It means you can go f**k yourself while aliens get away with absolute murder…..if they ain’t locking up everyone at the pro Palestine protest then they can’t lock up 5 white nerds for planning to lay in a road can they, that’s logic surely !
-
I’m emotional only in as much as I just find buying into something I think is clearly nonsense (but very sinister nonsense with possibly far reaching consequences for indigenous citizens of a country that is being thrown down the toilet) frustrating mate. But I’m not angry or hostile about other views, I have found the subject of my own peoples willingness to be abused fascinating for a long time as well as a bit soul destroying…..but it’s an interesting subject to talk about. Im resigned to it in reality.
-
We have laws for conspiracy to murder, why do we need more laws for conspiracy to lay in a road ? In what reality are those things even similar or regarded in the same light ?
-
That is historically what has happened mate, it’s proven to work, so why wouldn’t they do it……madness isn’t it.
-
The courts work for the law, the law is made by the government. I don’t think the government should lock you up if you want to stand in the road with a placard that says “Please don’t build 300 houses all over this historic woodland” no matter how many time they warn you not to do it.
-
Here’s the point, not anymore it’s not. No, you are saying they deserve the same punishment….. And now they can waste their time acting against Tarquin who wants to lay in a road……which is probably much easier than acting against Abdul walking to the kiddies concert with 80kg of cemtex taped to his body.
-
To me, it’s either everyone planning anything gets locked up or nobody…..it just can’t work any other way in reality because then it just becomes a tool for a government who we all know betrays us and hates us. If you actually physically hurt someone in the course of you protest, then that is assault perpetrated by one or a group of individuals on one or more other group of individuals…..we already have laws for that, it’s called assault. We can’t pretend you hurt someone, we can’t try and establish some tenuous link to someone being harmed…..you actually have to do it, and
-
Again mate, I have always believed you lock up the person perpetrating the actual real crime, because anything else is too much power for a politicians. Banning words and books and discussing thought should be a red line for everyone imho.
-
They will be getting a new leisure centre, upgraded housing and an army of social workers to do their shopping now…….but we can take comfort that 5 middle class white nerds are behind the door for 5 years so everything’s ok ! Lol lol
-
Why do you think ?…….
-
I support a white British blokes right to protest in his own land about anything he wants…..I think there’s a subtle difference but maybe there isn’t. I actually agree that JSO cause is a bit narrow, and they probably wouldn’t be saying anything about wider issues that surround climate change…..but it’s their thing and their country so as far as I’m concerned they can say what they like and protest where and when they want. Because mate, it means we can too. cheers mate.
-
If he just talking about one political group linking with another political group then I don’t care what the politics is, there is no harm there…..I may loath it, but it’s the price we pay for our own right to do such things. What for ?…..genuine question mate because I don’t know anything about his case. I know he is one of these fanatical Muslims but beyond that nothing, that said he is only one of tens of thousands invited into our lands by the government. Far as I can see, if the government don’t like him, put him on a plane and send him back from where he came……not need
-
What was he planning mate ?
-
Because standing around with a placard holding up traffic is exactly the same as attacking somewhere with an AK47 ! Let’s put it in real context, you go to a village protest about a new housing estate on the green belt and get 5 behind the door.
-
Mate, that legislation is worded in such a way as they could call almost anything they want to “civil disobedience” ……….honestly, it’s howling mate.
-
Mate, the thing I think lads are failing to grasp is that this isn’t really about “them”……this is about a police commander being able to randomly decide that any protest about anything, at any time or just planning it can land you 5 years in the nick. The benchmark to say that the legislation applied to you and your thing and that you are guilty is completely down to the police commander/cps/government……. They can make it apply to a street party or a carnival if they want to……that’s how vague and open ended and how far reaching it is. And now they have got away with actuall
-
Absolutely fascinating lads, I genuinely mean that…….I don’t believe that lads who I think are fairly switched on dudes don’t fully comprehend the implication of the legislation and the sentence…… One day soon, we will all be talking about how the government is taking the piss and don’t care about what people think or the wider consequence to the communities of that land and asking how they get away with it………and the answer is because you all approved of your right to say or do anything about it being taken away from you, in fact you cheered ! Wow !! lads, just wow !!
