What an exciting time, watching some plain, hard truths getting dished out is very entertaining. If anyone thinks you can eradicate the last 50 years of absolute societal poison with nice, polite, sensible conversations then I suggest you have no concept of just how bad our situation is……..we are at deaths door as a culture, a society and as peoples and bringing you grapes won’t do the job, it’s a full on stand back and hit them with electric shocks job that’s required.

Completely agree about Reform, I was pro reform and I like some of their policy’s……but I now view them as nothing but a tool to maybe break the two party system. I don’t consider myself pro reform any longer beyond that goal….. These born again patriots joining from Tory (and some Labour) have left a very bad taste in my mouth ! I won’t ever forgive them for what they have done by being a member of, voting for, promoting and in so doing facilitating those party’s betrayals of my nation. As for military cover, Europe can’t do it on its own…..even as a collective it comes nowhere even close to the United states. 1 US carrier battle group would do Europe in…..the US has 10 carrier battle groups ! The combined roll of all European armies is 1.4 million all in……the US is 2 million with 700,000 civilian personal added on and more state of the art kit than you can shake a stick at.

Yeah, it basically was a crime free and peaceful nation of Christian moral values…..with some crime. Where do I start for Europeans ?……. We invented and championed: The nation state with universal rule of law Medicine for all, vaccinations Drinking water infrastructure Sewage disposal social reforms to help the poor and needy Abolished slavery Property rights Social housing I could go on and on and on if I could be arsed to research….. Although some were not perfect in their early incarnations (like the workhouse) the idea behind them was a noble one albeit harsher than we would entertain today (more progress there see )

It’s a great Chanel to be fair, very eye opening mate. It’s almost unfathomable how something like that can happen in an advanced nation like America…..I’m a fairly libertarian type person but that just takes free market economics into the world of downright criminality.

Having gadgets wasn’t really what I was getting at……we invented most of the technology that gave them all those gadgets anyway if we are really picking the bones out of it. But that wasn’t really my point, we have been at the forefront of developing civilised social practices for century’s……I don’t think we have eaten dogs for a long time ! So I’ll say it again, we are the most developed people on the planet and we have the technical and financial and moral capabilities to do something about people having to use foodbanks !
