I set a couple live traps in my buddy's stable the other day. He'll give me a ring when i catch anything. I'm across the pond in the states where thankfully this breed isn't banned.

I've always loved Pats or a good Border from working stock. Can't go wrong with Bedlingtons though.

I have a five month old pitbull that I want to get started on rats. He isn't very big and won't be any bigger than his Dam. 38lbs, or 17 kilos, at the most. I've read up on ratting with JRTs, Pats and borders but just wanted to know if anyone else works a bully breed on rats and if there is a certain way to bring them along.
