Swift is similar in colour and has the same sire but i think thats where the comparisons end with Joe's dog Eddie mate ..Venus of Tomo's may be a bit quicker off the mark where as Swift "looks" to be more laid back in her style of running..probably more the way of a coursing dog i'd explain it? I'd say both Venus and Swift will be somewhere around 25/26 tts? I ain't measured her ..Swift would possibly carry a bit more of a bulkier ribcage then Venus..both great retrievers in the main although i have seen them both have an odd blip ..fortunately it ain't on a regular basis ..ATB Andy. ...c

The old black dog is the sire to Swift,Don,Ginny,Maurice,Eddie,Molly,Maisie,Lily,Chester,Tomo's Venus and loads more Whin..he was a very good dog imo?,would run until his last breath and beasties well he used to retrieve them between his legs like you see a fecking tiger or lion doing .. ..grand owld servant he was

Joe,all them dogs look mint..i'm with Tiny7 lol..Maurice & Molly stand out for me ..is there much difference between those Eddie,Molly,Maisie and the ones out of Maurice or are they much the same?...ATB Andy.

Two dogs here that i had some great hunting times with..Nigger & Rambo ..any you Liverpool lads know the guy on the right lol? Nigger was bred out of the brother to Minshaw's Blue & a bitch called Sally who was a Collie/Grey x Deerhound Grey both dogs were owned by Hento...Rambo was out of Minshaw's Blue and his 1/2 sister Grip ...ATB Andy.

That was a canny night Timber wasn't it? We had a good laugh for the most at the GH's craic ..dogs had some good spins and both bitches knew they had been to work ..i can only comment on what i seen with my own eyes and not on anything else?..Wispa of Mark's was a cracking wee bitch on that occasion anyways ..according to the Brick she started jacking on bunnies i'm not sure if she went the same on other stuff? ..Timber's bitch was also a nice,up and at em style runner,plenty of pace with a good strike and an absolute lovely retriever..i enjoyed watching those bitches run..it was an enjoya

I haven't been to Cornwall Whin with my own dogs so it would be unfair of me to comment really on that i know Timber and Daz went down there so they could answer the question far better than me ..personally i think the fields down there (what i seen on the Brick's video's) would suit the Don dog down to the ground?..i'd be pretty pissed if he couldn't get a decent haul down there in all truth? ..but he ain't been so it's just my opinion?..Wispa was knocking plenty of gear over down there early doors of her career so i'd say they could and would be as good as most down there but again just my

Well obviously Blue mated loads of bitches,Bulpa and Jack wouldn't be far behind him i don't think Stabba? so they covered plenty of bitches during their era's i'd say and had their glory so to speak?..the two i'd of liked to see mated together would of been the Chester dog and Ginny that my lad got off Joe..they were closely related as Jack was both of their sires and Ginny's dam was out of Jack's brother Moscow..i personally think they might have produced something quite special but sadly we will never know? I'd also of been interested to of seen a few litters from the Nigger dog on the grou
