you can only get the complete head mate and the price you pay for one you just as well get a new lamp, anyway it sounds like your lamps f**k if it has melted the lens lamp is only a few month old mate, still has all origonal components in it, plugs, wires, switch an fittings, all i done since i had it is stick a cable tie inside handle around wires to stop them pulling out, an taped up the cigar plug an connected to a lithium battery which also has all origonal connectors an such if the lamp is fooked throo no fowl play, do i realy wanna be spending another 130 notes on 1, tha

mine aint warped, its melted fook that mate, time i messed aboot destroying the local piss filled fone box an a jigsaw, (only messin aboot fone box ) id be quicker an easier buying a new lamp, i just personally think its a shoddy wae to run a buisness, clulite sell replacement everything I agree Dotty piss poor show by deben.......if its not there wiring its something else

can we dedicate this thread to the folk at deben..... i know i sure have a few unsloved gripes wae this company, they products are hardly up to scratch, they products just dont seem to be much cop an they customer services is non existent....... so come on folks let us hear your complaints against them, maybe then they pay a bit more attention to the folk that are spending there hard earned readies on theyr products...... i have had faults with both boxes an collars in past, i currently have a brand new blitz which has melted an yet the dont sell new lenses che

i need to buy a new lens for me blitz, it has melted an who says i dont use it no seriously i need a lens, the clear plastic 1 that comes on lamp head, not a filter........... any ideas, i have done a quick google search an it seems they dont sell them seperate, only the complete head housing am i wrong or is this another poor service from the folk at DEBEN any ideas welcome

i agree wae skycat, the retreive should be taught while a dog is young, younger the better infact in my yard what i wont do tho is bring any sort of pain, or confusion in to the matter that aint allready there i try me upmost to make the retreive training an also later on in its iife the actuaul retreives as pleasant as possible.... would you hand summat you had just chased, struck an retreived to a guy thats nipping ye, or squeezin yer lip against yer teeth i bet ye will get results, but i want my dogs to bring back to me as tho its second nature, an bullying them oot t
