  1. She can still be used on rabbits mate under the ban. Problem you have is she'll be getting ready just as the season is coming to an end. Might not be a bad thing though. Rabbits are harder to find in January and the ones you do find, ain't survived due to luck if you know what I mean. But, she'll be 10 months by then and at a good age to get introduced. Bitches generally mature quicker than dogs but if you set your sights for this time, you'll not be far wrong.   8. with the amount of good game land im surprised no one (hunters) have introduced boar or deer, i know its quite a common practice in nz. worth thinkin about chaps more quarry more sport!
  9. alrite kidda,last time i went out this year with the ferrets we went on a fild owned by doncaster airport,had a days sport before we dug a 5ft hole which attracted alot of attention from airport officials,got kicked off and that was it,just get on with it,f*ck em.whats worst that can happen,if they want to give you a good hiding....your the one holding a spade + you have have a freezer full of meat after you have done the farmer in haha classic lol

  11. try mussling him and putting him with a non aggresive dog(s) more the better. if you can do this regular it may break the pattern. he needs a new thought pattern when it comes to meetin new dogs. anythings worth a try

  16. my parents have 50 acres that is going wild there are many hare buzzard rabbit and the occasional deer passing through, i would like to release boar here and was wondering how many would make a viable breeding population, any info would be helpfull
  17. i have a pat and russel they are both 7 brought up the same but the pat is far more aggresive he occasionally has a go at the russel and hates black lurchers, the only way ive found to calm him down is keep hes head on the rabbits and rewarding him for that, and if he does get aggresive outside of working him i put him out of site of me and other dogs for a couple of hours he then becomes very submissive hope it helps i cant see him ever becoming submissive.i can only see him fighting to the death and never stoping.he once pinned a staff in the street who was off its lead and just ran

  22. hes 7 years old bought him from a guy in daventry litter of 6 reds and one black, didnt expect what we got. any ideas on if he is a pat or x thanks
