    Hi everyone my first time posting in this part, anyway i am keeping and breeding goldfinch mules the last 10 year, after putting alot of finchs through my shed and breeding some lovely mules, anyway i still no notting about colours of finches,my question is did anyone ever here of a goldfinchs mask going egg yellow, the red is nearly all gone i think in another few weeks its going to be all rich yellow with no red atall...just a yellow mask...cheers Mush

    Wait until we start hunting in haysheds(sorry barns)our dogs will have to shape up,A dog must need some nose to find in a hayshed.f**k it we dont have a clue. I've seen it Liam and you'de be suprised, four or five hundred rotting stinking bales covered in layers of dust....:sick: it's not terrier work in the way we know it but when you see the size of some of the barns we worked....... , coon shite everywhere, stacks twenty or more layers deep and the runs were just like a huge old billy sett, those dogs had to work...... . Oh and by the way the terriers that did the work all got ....

    Yes you could say that because were i live you could be out all day looking for game home! but as long as were truthfull to our selfs thats all that matters, O yeh! the old work thing comes into it aswell....Mush Good for you that has work to go to.Plenty of game in the ground around us so no prob geting a few digs each day we are out,our biggest prob at times is having dogs fit to dig to,they all need time off at some stage to recharge and heal. Agree its great to have all that game and yous never have enough terriers! it was the same down my way about 7 year ago all the game you want,

    wasnt a bad season numbers were good 58 digs lost a few good terriers its a tough sport finished now til second week in sept rearing next seasons champs painting kennels walking them out thats it til sept now bored I myself hunt 2 days a week in the winter and that dont mean that i am going to get digging' thats from the start of November to March so lets just say thats around 5 months now if i was to get 2 digs every week in season that comes up at 40 digs, now dont forget that my mate has dogs to so that brings my 40 digs down again! so my hats of to you big fella as 58 is some digging to

    Exactly my point stupid!!!! If you want a real one go out, hunt with some lads and see for yourself what you are getting...chances are or in my experiences is you wont find a worker on any website kennel or from the peddlers that put them up.. True scent, I spent money and never got sh!t in return from the peddling scam artists.. I didnt get real workers until I stopped paying for terriers.. Currently the best terrier I have ever stepped into the woods with cost me the promise that when the terrier matured it would be properly worked.. I will tell you what it makes me: SMARTER!!! NOW I KNOW TH
