    We used this pack for bushing.For a good few years.All shapes and breeds but got the job done.

    Mid ninties. Mother and Daugther.Found it a lot easer to train the pup of the Mother.Daugther took its first hare at just under eigth month daytime working with the Mother.

    Ifs you trying to bring a dog in that wont respond.Best think to do is walk away slowly.Give the recall comand in a low voice.As the last thing you need is to scare it.Most times if you walk towards it they allways just move futher away.Most time i will sit and call the dog in gently.Then give it a good pet..

    I disagree with that I believe its down to what the dog experiences and the amount of game it has access too. The owner has a big part to play in how the dog turns out...JMHO Agree 100 percent Undi.

    Most of them will sleep all day.As soon as it wakes up or starts sniffing about.Even after feed take it into the garden Most of them learn quickly.Dont feed it before going to bed.All the best on your few sleepless nights.

    Hes Doing realy well bud.Looks like it was a good litter.Shame as yourself.Iam only 100 yards from the woods.So getting the dogs out regular is no problem.

    As i said whin.I wasent have a go at you bud.Some poeple shuting it didant make the grade have only had dogs a few year.using it as a get out clause because they havent a clue themself.atb.Catcher.

    Agree scent when it comes to livestock you cant f**k about.You must make sure the dogs knows its a no-no.

    It seems harsh to lurcher lads to see this amount of hares shot, but it has to be done regardless of what anyone says. Farms cannot sustain this amount of hares and as the only LEGAL way of control is shooting that is what happens. In this quantity hares ARE vermin and without control the farm crops would be devastated, if dogs were legally allowed to course hares then I would imagine they would be having coursing days, not over a couple of days but months. I am not saying that there would be as many caught but you never know, would that still be cruel? some say that dogs should be allowed to

    Goog advice been doing it this way for years.Alot of times.they will land Get a bit edgy.Then fly to the nearest tree.

    Aye and I can remember some dogmen staying at home doing f**k all to help the cause too same as most of the fishermen and clay shooters and who ever else you care to mention that sure looks like your after an argument dan. CAnt work out wether your for or against or on the fence..     No having a good at you steve.same as most every man to his own.But i do seem to remember reading.Some shooters refuseing to help in our fight against the ban.Wounder why Maybe they like hares.
