  3. sen his dog go from a complete noviceto the next couple times went out do as good as any lurcher really she uses her speed more wisely now as she has had the game put in front of her and she has adapted well couldnt believe it when i seen her running behind a rabbit then all of a sudden a huge burst of speed to take it made me laugh that did lol You just may have anserwered MOOS question.Speed wisely used.

  5. Totally agree 100 pct.Going past first crosses baised on my exspeirience their is no need for further greyhound blood being introduced into an already greyhond baised lurcher. Have to disagree DELL.Allways room for new blood bred with the right dog.I know your a lurcher to lurcher man as i am myself.But a small fast grey on a good proven dog.Can start a good line. Maybe i was just unlucky the 3 times i bred back to greyhounds but to be honest better pups were produced [bANNED TEXT] i bred out of a small coursing bitch that came off a well known coursing farmer in the area than tho

  12. I disagree, we've had this discussion before but i think your very cynical about vets. A vet is something we all need from time to time and if your a decent person and want the best for your animals, you will find a good one and maintain a good relationship with them. Being a Vet is a job, not a voluntary position! It will always be a business, doesn't mean to say it has to be a bad business. Thats right mate, all the day time top coursing dogs originated from southern England. c.n,s dogs would never have been breed if it wasnt for a man from upshire. and seagul was breed from southern dogs. so almost every dog comes from southern stock! All you fellas up north done is refine them a bit! i thought merlin and eve came from the midlands ,, licestershire Topic reads.Witch are the better hunters.Are we talking owner or dog.It dose make a differance. ?. dogs dont breed and run thereselfes so it is the same.
