    Cheers spec. mean it pal, my cocker's first retrives of feathered stuff were all over the place- got it spot now, but there was quite a bit of dancing about with it, dragging it back by the wing etc - not a nice clean retrieve like this one! Have had her retrieving magpies/squirrel and the odd rabbit for the last eight month.Suppost that helps.

    It simple mate.some pests.Need to be kept under control.A lot of birds i seen often as a lad.Are non existent in this area now. . Yes mate i know, and i'm not talking about that Some folk do it for all or some of the right reasons but face it some will always do it for the 'score' and the pub tales. Heard the stories.

    Magpies and squirrel.Nest robers.Shoot them in a heart beat.Any time of year.

    It was a fluke mate.Haddent long sat down and it just apeared. aint that always the case catcher.walk for miles see nowt,sit your arse down and for 5mins and they appear.can i ask what camera you were using? Nikon D5000.

    She dose retreve to hand bud.But when your holding the camera.Easyer just to get her to drop it.Age about 14 month. Just got in there.Got a dig with the local game warden. on council land i have hunted on all my life.Seems its not allowed now, This country is going down the toilet.Going back over tomorrow with the camera and dogs.Hope i meet him then. Well you've always sounded like you know what your doing mate so I won't say otherwise, obviously that's not for me as I'd never want the dog to drop anything, seen it to many times peoples dogs dropping runners and every c**t is looking and
