  3. thanks, is that what all alaunt's are bred like, just wondered where name came from, often wondered what bullmastiff blood could add to lurcher, mine is bloody fast for such a BIG dog!!!! excellent nose, and you would'nt like to come in my garden on your own with her! thare are diffrent ways the alaunt mines was off brian plummers own 2 dogs my alaunt has a good nose as well but she is not fast at running but she has a good temprement with other dogs she is kenneld with my 2 terriers at the moment i trusther 100 per cent with them thanks' when i said mines fast, didn't mean fast enou

  6. cheers his dam was a 3/4 gray 1/4 bull put to alaunt and the sire was a wippit/gray but am not right sure what else was in the sire glad you sent that, been wondering what is an aluant? seen it mentioned on here but never heard of them before! i'm an old fart now! i bred the dam of this dog heres my alaunt bitch looks like my bullmastiff bitch, but lot racier, what cross is alauant?

  8. merlin-eve bred. sorry boothy, don't mean to be a pr**k but first time i've put pic's up so don't know what the f**k i'm doin! thanks. middle dog 22 mths. old, first time on red rabbit this year, killed 5, ran about14? loads of wind, needs to learn to strike a bit better. biggest dog of b/tan's 7 yrs. old, doesn't miss many, merlin eve bred again.

  10. a good deep WORKING mark will scar no matter what veterinary product we apply.ive seen ratting terriers that are marked to bits. we used to jab our own dog's with penicillin, used to heal like magic in 7 days or so! am i out of date here or what?
