Lets say you have a litter of 5? then at about 120 each or there abouts your covering the cost i would say. Anything over that price and its profit, money your making from the litter, and in my eyes peddling scum. And just because these dogs are KC registered? lol your on a hunting forum, KC is nothing to boast about. Well i know i wouldn't have one, and the people who say they would make good dogs wouldn't either if it came to the crunch, so why argue the fact. I don't want to speak ill of the dead, and regardless what the man done or what people think of him, there's still a young family left behind and that is tragic. If I am honest, my first thought was cover story, this bloke pissed a lot of people off, and I don't think he or his producers ever perceived the hatred and retribution he would generate and I think they realized this would probably affect him and his family for a long time. I've probably seen to many episodes of X-Files or Sopranos, so if anyone takes offense to my post i apologize in advance.

People will pay 200 for a pup, but its down to you at the end of the day, do you want to make money off the pups or just recoup the cost of keeping the pups (food, worming, etc)

I really enjoyed some of the reading on the old fourm. Some good pictures and loads of details about different dogs/lines and the breeders. May of been some messers but there were alot more people who knew their terrier work than any other forum i've been a member of, its a shame it closed.

Popped up to get one of these pups with a mate, the pup is going to be a strong dog from the looks of it. I know of another boy who would have one, tho i know he wouldnt be able to afford the price, so if your still stuck with any and would like one to go to a working home gimmie a msg. cheers John

Cracking looking dog that looks like its had abit of a beating with a charlie and a good run, as for people commenting about underweight, lack of muscle or just bad welfare, are the pricks that take hundreds of photos of their fat lurchers, or the ones who have a bullx's and think anything that looks skinny and aint eaten their quarry in 1 mouth full without a scratch, is badly treated. Just shows how many people know their stuff or lack of.

circumstances rule this i am afraid, dry food keeps long and easily stored (no freezer) plus i think it horses for courses when it comes to fresh and dry food, I kept my ferrets on fresh mince for 3 years and seen no change when i went to dry food. As for the kits I forgot to say they do have liver with the milk, and by next week i am almost sure they will all be eating dry food. Like Moll said the food will be soaked. With regards to the milk being a treat I totally understand the mother loves it, but the mother is allot bigger so obviously wont meet the dietary requirements and

Alright lads, a mate just had 2 litters of kits their about 5 weeks and hes started using cat milk to feed the kits. And the kits are looking very well indeed, really fat and very alert and it gives the mother a good 5 min break. Anyone used it at all? JLP
